Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes So far, it has provided fans with plenty of exciting battles as well as powerful characters to appear in those battles. The series was always expected to eclipse previously established levels of performance in the series, and it did exactly that. While being as strong as a Kage was rare at one point, now the standards are so high that surpassing a Kage isn't much of a surprise. Yet, Boruto revealed a lot of exciting characters with far-reaching abilities surpass the Kageand it's only a matter of time before more start appearing.
Mitsuki
Orochimaru's child
Mitsuki he didn't concentrate much Boruto: Two Blue Vortexesbut during his brief match against Boruto Uzumaki, it was quite easy for fans to see that he was actually very strong. Mitsuki trained incredibly hard to kill Boruto via the timeskip, and even though he eventually changed his mind, the fact that he was able to stand up to him is enough to prove that he is beyond Kage level already.
Himawari Uzumaki
New tailed beast
Himawari Uzumaki was seeing him heavily involved with Boruto right from the start and that was a surprise to many. She didn't get much attention in the initial series. However, Himawari is now confirmed to be a monster in terms of strength, and it's all thanks to her Kurama reincarnating in her. Himawari is not just a tailed beast Jinchuriki. In reality, there is something much more powerful… the very incarnation of the Tailed Beast.
Eid
User of Omnipotence
Eid he's always been one of the most powerful characters in Boruto, and that doesn't change now. It has the powers of Shibai Otsutsukiwith both Senrigan and the Power of Omnipotence. Eida can do whatever she wants with her powers and is truly unstoppable. A mere Kage doesn't stand a chance against her.
Code
Big Bad Boruto
Code was founded as the main villain of Boruto immediately after the death of Isshiki Otsutsukibut since then he has failed to live up to expectations. Still, Code is strong, especially after its limiters have been removed. He continues to seek power and is already a level up compared to Kage.
Kashin Koji
Boruto's teacher
Kashin Koji was stronger than the average Kage right from the start in Boruto, so it shouldn't surprise anyone to know that he's stronger than them now. It is unknown how he became stronger during the timeskip, but before that he was able to flawlessly use Sage Mode and go up against the likes of Isshiki Otsutsukimaking him much stronger than the Kage.
Boruto Uzumaki
Konoha's secret protector
Konohagakure has many powerful ninja of the new generation, but the strongest of them is the one who was banished from it. Boruto Uzumaki has grown tremendously during the timeskip and is already a monster that can fight and even defeat some Otsutsuki. He trained incredibly hard under Sasuke to learn Uchiha fighting styleand learned several abilities from several timelines under Kashin Koji.
Kawaki
Boruto is equal
Kawaki and Boruto Uzumaki grow up side by side in terms of power. Fans know that Kawaki carries Karma Isshiki Otsutsukiso he should be at his level by now. Any restraints Amado had placed on his body were now removed as well. Kawaki is so strong that he can hold his own against Jura and that makes him very dangerous.
Sarada Uchiha
Future Hokage
Sarada was always going to surpass the vast majority of the next generation characters Borutoand that's exactly what she did in the story. The fans know it Sarada is incredibly powerfulespecially after she wakes up Mangekyo Sharingan. She can even take down Shinju with her powers and her full potential is yet to be seen.
Damon
The Unbeatable Prodigy
As for the strongest of the miraculous beasts BorutoDamon remembers often. Like Eida, has the DNA of Shibai Otsutsukiand that makes him practically unbeatable. Damon can parry all attacks immediately back to the user, even if they are unaware of the attack. His fighting prowess is huge and overall he is one of them Boruto's strongest characters.
Shinju
The strongest bunch
Shinju were born recently in Boruto and their power knows no bounds. Even as newborns, they rivaled some of the strongest characters in the series. All Shinju have immense power and they all are stronger than the Kage. the strongest Jurais far above the level of any enemy revealed in Boruto so far.
