Grand Theft Auto featured some of the most thrilling and action-packed missions over the years. Whatever it is GTA 5's “The Big Score” or GTA 4“Trefoil”, every mission va Grand Theft Auto The game is meant to feel like a moment full of drama that was pulled straight from the movie. Rockstar's crime-packed franchise has no shortage of thrilling missions, but when it comes to GTA: San Andreasthe game's finale still remains one of the best endings of the entire series.
Titled “End of the Line,” San AndreasThe action-packed finale brings the game's story to a climax that is not only exciting but also brings emotional depth. Greed, corruption, and justice all come into play in one final showdown, and just like that GTA franchise has tried to recapture that magic, it has been difficult to achieve. Best GTA the game is debatable but San Andreas remains a favorite for many, and its finale serves as the cherry on top of a wonderfully crafted and absorbing journey.
What makes the finale of San Andreas so special?
GTA features plenty of wild missions, but “End of the Line” set a new standard for how over-the-top and well-written finales can be for a franchise. It's cinematic, sad, and so wild that it's hard not to laugh at the absurdity the first time you play it. “End of the Line” is a perfect build-up to the previous events of the story GTA the finale that followed is also great, San Andreas' end still stands out among the crowd. For the final mission, San Andreas showed how much more potential the series has. Between its huge and diverse open world and cinematic story, this GTA The entry had no choice but to wrap things up with a powerful final chapter that takes the story back to Grove Street where it all began.
Final chapter full of emotions, epic chases and lots of violence
“End of the Line” takes CJ into the belly of the beast; Big Smoke's Crack Palace. GTA No stranger to controversy, starting the final mission by breaking into a fortified crack lair was entirely appropriate. After Big Smoke's betrayal, CJ is ready to exact revenge. But first they have to get the SWAT tank. Instead of relying on stealth, CJ rams the massive tank through the entrance and starts the mission with a bang. From there, he climbs the four floors of the drug-filled fortress and shoots all of Big Smoke's allies. Bursting into the battering construction works is a real treat, but once players reach their destination, the mission suddenly adds fantastic emotional weight.
CJ breaks into Big Smoke's lair, but instead of directly confronting CJ, he's playing video games and wearing a bulletproof vest. It's a jarring sight that shows Big Smoke is aware he's a target, but he's also trying to balance and block the danger he's in. Big Smoke has always wanted to get into the drug trade, and now that he's in charge, he's faced with how fleeting that power really is. After a fierce shootout, CJ ends up killing Big Smoke. Now the fallen drug lord admits he was blinded by money and power, with his final words being: “I had no choice… I had to do it… I just see an opportunity. When I'm gone, everyone will remember my name… Big Smoke.” GTA has some of the most compelling characters in the game, and Big Smoke remains both an outrageous and tragic figure.
Then Tenpenny appears. He takes the briefcase of money to escape and is about to kill CJ, but he fakes it. Tenpenny ignites an explosion in the Crack Palace, giving CJ only a few minutes to escape. Once out of the building, Tenpenny begins to escape in the fire truck, but not before Sweet shows up and grabs onto the fire truck ladder. CJ gets into the car and from that moment on it's a thrilling chase as the town erupts into a full blown riot of police cars, gang members and even a close call with an oncoming train. Tenpenny eventually crashes and dies. CJ and his crew look over his corpse. As they all leave to go back to their homes, CJ kneels over Tenpenny and says, “See you officer.” After that, the gang can get on with their lives unmolested by a corrupt cop and Big Smoke's blind ambition. Despite the violence and unrest, San Andreas” ends on a hopeful note.

The next mission and finale had a huge impact on GTAheritage. As the latest record, GTA 5The finale is an epic way to wrap up the story, but depending on Franklin's endgame choice, it can also be anticlimactic. The rest of the listed have the same aspects that make up San AndreasThe final mission is so good, but it doesn't quite pack them all into one complex sequence.
When I'm gone, everyone will remember my name… Big Smoke.
It is now a mystery to many players how exactly GTA 6The missions are on par with the rest of the franchise. Based on two GTA 6 trailers that Rockstar has released, it's clear that the game will feature the classic staples that the series is known for, but the bigger question is how the new chapter will be different. Right now, players can only sit and wait GTA 6A long-awaited launch, and when that day finally arrives, his final mission will hopefully be as cinematic and engaging as San Andreas — albeit with everyone GTA the games that followed probably couldn't top it, that's a big ask.
