As a prominent member of the Straw Hat Pirates, Brook is automatically one of the most important characters in the ensemble One piece story. Brook started out as a musician and ended up eating the Yomi Yomi no Mi, a valuable devil fruit that allows the user to essentially come back to life after death.
As such, it can be seen that this Devil Fruit is not particularly powerful as its main use is not suitable for combat scenarios, although it is very valuable for other reasons. These reasons make it more of a utility fruit, so let's take a look at the other Devil Fruits One piece that meet similar criteria.
One Piece: 6 Devil Fruits That Rival Yamato's Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Okuchi no Makami
Yamato has a very powerful Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit, but there are several others that match it in strength.
Soru Soru no Mi manipulates people's souls
User: Big Mom
As one of the Sea Emperors, Charlotte Linlin or Big Mom is one of the most powerful and prominent pirates in the entire story. Although she owes much of her power to her mastery of all types of Haki, the main reason Big Mom was able to create such an empire was her Soru Soru no Mi Devil Fruit, which allowed her to manipulate souls.
Soul-Soul Fruit essentially allows the user to take the souls of people and put them into items to create loyal minions known as 'Homies'. This shortens the target's lifespan as their soul is ripped from them to create powerful beings who are completely loyal to Big Mom. It's quite similar to Brook's fruit because of the soul manipulation.
Tama Tama no Mi makes the user functionally immortal
User: Baron Tamago
Tama Tama no Mi is one of those devil fruits One piece it's so strange and hilariously bizarre that most wouldn't believe it had any combat utility. However, it is a pretty deceptively useful and powerful Devil Fruit, and is a definite rival for Brook's own fruit, as it also makes the user immortal in a sense.
The user basically gains a shell-like exterior that surrounds them at all times and also acts as a defensive barrier. The more hits it takes, it begins to crack until the user is functionally reborn from the “yolk” on the inside once the shell is broken. Such power seems to have no end, which is quite similar to Brook's Devil Fruit power.

Kage Kage no Mi manipulates shadows
User: Gecko Moria
Gecko Moria was recently revealed to be much more important to the overall lore of the world than previously thought, as he is a lost member of the Kozuki clan. In fact, he is the villain most connected to Brooke due to their roles and relationship in the Thriller Bark arc.
Moria's Kage Kage no Mi is an exceptionally useful devil spawn that allows him to rip out someone's shadows and insert them into himself, or infuse them with zombies loyal to him. By these means, this Devil Fruit is quite similar to Big Mom and Brook's own, especially since the skills and abilities of shadow users carry over as well.
Horo Horo no Mi deals with ghosts
User: Perona
Perona was another villain in the Thriller Bark arc who proved to be quite the obstacle for the heroes, although she was given a somewhat heroic role later in the series. While she wasn't exactly a hero, she was a companion for Zoro during the two-year time-skip on Mihawk's own island.
While not very similar to Yomi Yomi no Mi in terms of usage, Perona Devil Fruit's power is quite similar in thematic sense. With this power, Perona can create ghosts that cause an intense sense of doom and depression in the body of anyone they pass through, so there's a bit of a connection there.
One Piece: Why the manga ends sooner than you expect
Could One Piece wrap up earlier than expected? The pace of the Final Saga points to a potential end in 2030.
Ope Ope no Mi is the perfect operator
User: Trafalgar D. Law
Ope Ope no Mi is one of the most valuable Devil Fruits in the whole One piece the world government put a bounty on him, which was the highest after Roger and Whitebeard's. While all of his abilities are exceptionally powerful, the main reason for his legendary status is his amazing immortality surgery.
With the ultimate use of Ope Ope no Mi, the user can give up their own life to make a target of their choice immortal. Needless to say, it's practically the same as Brook's Devil Fruit due to the long and endless life it grants a person.
