World Boruto is more exciting than ever right now, with Kishimoto and Ikemoto both doing incredibly well in planting some very strong characters into their story right from the very beginning of the sequel. If the first part Boruto he had strong characters, this takes things to a whole other level.
It can be said that Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes has some of the strongest characters in the entire franchise. Naturally, quite a few of these characters belong to the new generation, and while some may have trouble believing it, the fact is that they are stronger than Naruto Uzumaki at the moment.
Sarada Uchiha
Sasuke's own daughter
Sarada is one of the main characters from the Boruto series and fans saw her gain a lot of attention in Two Blue Vortex after being largely ignored in the first installment. Boruto: Two Blue Vortex quickly put Sarada Uchiha incredible fights and the biggest of them was in the Land of Wind, where Sarada finally faced off against Ryu. Sarada woke her up Mangekyo Sharingan now and her Gravity Mastering Jutsu, Ohirumemaking her incredibly overwhelmed. At this point, Sarada Uchiha is much stronger than the current version of Naruto Uzumaki, and that's a fact.
Himawari Uzumaki
Naruto's daughter and Kurama's heir
Naruto's daughter Himawari Uzumaki is another character that fans absolutely fell in love with in Two Blue Vortex. Quite clearly, there was absolutely no focus on Himawari Uzumaki in the first part of the story, but things have changed drastically since then. IN Boruto: Two Blue VortexesHimawari is all grown up and she is now the main driving force behind the plot. most importantly Himawari now has access to Kurama's powerwhich she got at some point after Naruto lost her. With her powers, Himawari was able to fight off Jura and even recover from some of the deadliest attacks. He can even save others from serious injuries. At this point, Himawari can do things that Naruto can't.

Leader of Ishiki's Karma
Among the Shinobi, Kawaki is one of the most powerful characters in the Boruto series right now. He is the heir to Isshiki Otsutsuki's karma, as fans saw in the first episode. He mastered his since the timeskip Karma fully. At the same time, Kawaki's body has now been upgraded by Amado to be more dangerous offensively than ever before. His strength is such that he was even able to push Jura in battle. At the moment, Naruto is no match for Kawaki in the story.
Boruto Uzumaki
The Wielder of Momoshiki's Karma
Boruto Uzumaki is another powerful character of the new generation that fans know is absolutely essential to the overarching story, especially since he's the main character. Boruto Uzumaki trained tirelessly during the timeskip. He trained with Sasuke until he learned most of the Uchiha style Jutsu and later also trained under Kashin Koji where he learned various powers that he invented in different timelines. Overall, Boruto Uzumaki is on par with Kawaki right now and it's pretty easy to see that he's also stronger than Naruto Uzumaki.
Shinju
Newborn ten-tails
While most fans wouldn't consider them to be next generation characters, the fact is that Shinju are still only considered newborns. They are like children and in that sense they are part of the new generation of Boruto, only on the enemy side. The Shinju were created after the Ten Tails regained his sanity after Code's Claw Marks experiment.
Claw Grimes sought out their desires until they finally got more than just a desire for desires. When Claw Grimes fed on humans, their chakra gave birth to a strange one People of the God Treecalled Shinju. Right now, they're among the strongest characters in the entire story, and fans absolutely can't wait to see what they're capable of next. Naruto doesn't stand a chance against them at this point.
