When someone watches action anime like Bleach for the first time they will pay close attention to plot/character development while absorbing the basics of the combat system. The second time around, fans can focus more on how the power rankings shake out, not to mention each character's win rate. It makes it more fun to watch people like that Bleachand considers it a blood sport with statistics. Viewers will soon realize which fighters are in the game and which are lucky enough to survive the series at all.
For the most part, it is Bleach The characters with the best wins are the main actors who often get into fights and have the power to win. Strangely, the protagonist Ichigo Kurosaki is an exception, as he tends to lose to every main opponent before winning later on. He even lost to Grimmjow and Ulquiorra twice before defeating them and also lost to Yhwach twice. That remains different Bleach characters with more impressive wins.

You knew that these Naruto characters would more often than not win any fight they were in.
Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto only loses when his enemies counter his Zanpakuto
Yamamoto is a fiery monster that can destroy worlds
Despite his titanic strength as a legendary Soul Reaper, Captain Yamamoto ranks lowest among the most powerful fighters in the world. Bleach. This is because Yamamoto's legendary power sometimes works against him, with all of Yamamoto's enemies knowing what they are up against – and preparing accordingly. This contributed to Yamamoto's two major losses in Bleachstarting with Aizen sealing Yamamoto's fire zanpakuto in the battle for the fake city of Karakura. Afterwards, Yhwach stole Yamamoto's bankai with his locket before killing Yamamoto with impunity.
Otherwise, Yamamoto's battle record is strong, having defeated Yhwach centuries ago and currently defeating foes like Wonderweiss and Driscoll Berci. Wonderweiss was actually supposed to face Yamamoto, but the Gotei 13 commander killed the strange Arrancar anyway, which no doubt impressed many viewers. Yamamoto also easily dispatched the Tres Bestias and the three Sternritters with only a fraction of his power and had the restraint to not kill any of them.
Byakuya Kuchiki tends to win, though his arrogance sometimes sabotages him
Byakuya is the very picture of a successful, competent commander
Captain Byakuya Kuchiki always presents himself as a proper and professional warrior, often justifying his lofty image with battle victories. This includes some easy wins in Byakuya's villainous days when he accidentally knocked out Ichigo in their first encounter. Byakuya also defeated and almost killed both Renji and Ganja in Arc Soul Society. He then fought Ichigo to a draw and personally surrendered to Ichigo, losing the fight but also redeeming himself.
7 Most Disliked Bleach Characters Fans Can't Stand
Bleach has had its share of unsympathetic characters that fans couldn't stand.
Byakuya did well in subsequent arcs as well, skillfully dispatching both Zommari and Yammy and fighting the latter with Kenpachi's help. He also overcame Tsukishima Fullbringer's strange powers in the following arc, only to suffer several accidents in the Thousand-Year Blood War arc. Byakuya's smugness became apparent when Äs Nödt captured his bankai and nearly killed him, but Byakuya helped Rukia avenge him later. Most importantly, Byakuya gained a better perspective on himself and his zanpakuto, a major personal victory for him.
Uryu Ishida did well with his Quincy techniques and planning
Sometimes the plot gets even Uryu out of trouble
Ichigo's good friend Uryu Ishida, Quincy has one of the best wins of all Bleachdespite being a minor character. Granted, Uryu sometimes needed help from other characters or last minute plot twists to technically win in the sense that his enemy died while he didn't. For example, Uryu almost lost to Szayelaporro Grantz only to have Captain Kurotsuchi take over. Uryu was also knocked out when he met Captain Tosen, but it was barely a fight and Uryu had already lost his powers. Uryoh's next near loss was when he was killed by Ulquiorra, only for Ichigo to revive and intervene.
In addition, Uryu is in serious condition Bleach. In the early days, he helped Ichigo take down Menos Grande before defeating a number of Soul Reapers, among them Mayuri Kurotsuchi. Uryu also recorded victories against Iceringer and Cirucci Sanderwicci in the Arrancar arc before moving on to the Millennium Blood War. This was when Uryu defeated Renji's bankai, won a one-on-one battle against Jugram Haschwalth, and most impressively, killed Senjumaru Shutara with the power of Antithesis. Uryu even contributed to Ichigo's final triumph over Yhwach with that special silver arrowhead.
Kisuke Urahara wins whenever he can prepare his cunning tricks
This made Kisuke a special martial force
Former captain Kisuke Urahara doesn't really fight that often Bleach's story, but when he does, he tends to shine. Kisuke fought against the evil Sosuke Aizen in this flashback sequence, but since then, Kisuke has dominated the battlefield. He helped drive off Ulquiorra and Yammy with Yoruichi's help, for example, and helped Ichigo defeat Aizen as well. Then, at the beginning of the Thousand-Year Blood War Arc, Kisuke contributed to the downfall of Quilge Opie.
Bleach: 6 Characters Who Could Lead Their Own Series
These Bleach characters are interesting enough to carry their own spin-offs.
Later, Kisuke scored a tactical victory for everyone when he helped the Soul Reapers use Hollow Pills to force Sternritter to give up his stolen banki. Afterwards, Kisuke faced Askin Nakk Le Vaar with the incredible power of his never-before-seen bankai. The second time, Kisuke severely injured Sternritter to make room for Grimmjow to catch up with the opponent. While Kisuke doesn't always land the final blow, he hardly ever loses.
Grimmjow was on a winning streak in the Arrancar Saga
Grimmjow clings to the idea of getting even with Ichigo
Many villains in Bleach they have a low win rate, with the likes of Ggio Vega and Zommari Rureaux only participating in a single battle before losing. Indeed, Loly Airvirrne lost several fights without winning any, and it is a miracle that she survived it all. In contrast, Grimmjow Jaegerjaques did quite well Bleach as the 6th Espada. He scored a big win over Ichigo, then almost won during the rematch. Next, Grimmjow easily killed Loly and Menola in Las Noches and sealed Ulquiorra away when they clashed.
Grimmjow eventually lost to Ichigo in their final duel, but survived to gain another victory in the Thousand-Year Blood War Arc. He was the one who helped Kisuke finish off both Quilge and Askin, making them almost seem like unwitting battle partners. However, the biggest takeaway is that despite his high win rate, Grimmjow is still not satisfied. Grimmjow is typical of his kind, a desperate being who tries in vain to fill the void within with ever greater power. Nnoitora and Baraggan would know about it too.
Sosuke Aizen only suffered one permanent defeat
Ichigo finished what Aizen started when he fought Yhwach
Sosuke Aizen is another major Bleach a villain who wasn't content with just one or two battles and lost to the heroes. His winning streak was started in a flashback sequence where then-Lieutenant Aizen effectively won against the entire Gotei 13. He got away with his cruel Hollowfication experiments and even escaped the wrath of the Kido Corps with his own child, which is impressive enough. Later, Aizen made fools of Toshiro, Ichigo, and Renji in the Soul Society arc and escaped again.
Aizen went on to defeat other Soul Reapers and Visoreds who were little more than workers to him. Aizen ultimately suffered his only major defeat in Bleachwith Ichigo and Kisuke teaming up to seal him. Much later, Aizen almost lost to Yhwach while impersonating Ichigo, but his near defeat was reversed when Ichigo took over the fight with Uryu's help. Aizen ended up being imprisoned again afterwards, but he seemed happy with how things turned out, so this can be seen as yet another victory for this seemingly unstoppable enlightened villain.
