Devil Fruits are the core One Piece's power system and the vast majority of powerful characters that exist in this world wield this power on the high seas. Over the years, fans have been introduced to quite a few powerful Devil Fruits of all kinds, from Paramecia to Zoan and Logia. However, among the Devil Fruits that exist in One piece world, some are clearly better than others, and some others are so strong that they completely break the powerscaling series from top to bottom.
Now that One Piece is in the Final Saga, incredibly broken Devil Fruits are much more common. It is clear that these forces are so enormous that they simply cannot be measured.

One of the deadliest Devil Fruits that fans have seen in One Piece belongs to none other than the ruler of the world, Im. The name of Imu's Devil Fruit remains unclear for nowbut its nature, which allows them to transform into some sort of monstrous creature, clearly indicates that it is a mythical Zoan ability.
Imu's Devil Fruit is incredibly dangerous as it not only grants them tremendous physical powers but also demonic abilities. Immu will sprout wings and a pointed tail when using this power, and what's more, they can summon a grimoire that they can use to cast many spells. Some of these spells are so powerful that they can essentially turn anyone else into their immortal demonic slave, and others allow them to enter Covenants and grant them powers such as regeneration and immortality. With their magical powers, Ima was able to completely take over Elbaf in the blink of an eye, and this power is beyond all scaling in One Piece.

Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika
Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika is a Mythical Zoan-type devil fruit consumed by Luffy at the very beginning of the series. The true nature of this Devil Fruit was hidden until the Wano Country Arc, but here it was revealed that this Devil Fruit is what grants the Sun God Nik immense powers and turns a person into a liberation warrior.
He evaded the hands of the World Government for centuries before finally falling into the hands of Luffy, who consumed him and awakened him in Wano. Luffy's Devil Fruit essentially breaks the power system itself, as his powers are not bound by any logic. Anything Luffy can imagine can be turned into reality as seen during his battles against the likes of Kaido and later in the series, Kizaru and the Elder Five. What's more, Luffy's Devil Fruit abilities can grow even further, and as such, fans should expect even more impossible things from him.

Soru Soru no Mi
Soru Soru no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that belongs to the former Yonko, Big Mom. This Devil Fruit allows Big Mom to rule over all the souls that exist in the One Piece world. Big Mom can freely manipulate her soul and the souls of others around her. He can give souls to living and inanimate objects and create loyal followers, homies.
More than that, Big Mom can basically kill anyone who fears her in the slightest. In this way, this Devil Fruit ability becomes a favor that completely breaks traditional powerscaling. If there is a character who is even momentarily afraid of Big Mom, she can basically one-shot them instantly by ripping out their soul. What's more, it would then fuel her even more because this powerful soul can then be infused into something else to create a very powerful homie.

Gura Gura no Mi
When it comes to Paramecia-type Devil Fruits, this one stands at the very top Gura Gura no Mi. This devil fruit allows you to create earthquakes at will, whether from land, sea, or air. These concussions can even be infused into weapons and used to launch deadly strikes on enemies.

Loki's Nidhogg Devil Fruit
In the Final Saga of One Piece, Oda introduced what can be said to be arguably the strongest Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit when he brought Loki into the story. 14 years ago Loki ate the national treasure of Elbaf and this devil fruit allowed him to transform into a massive black dragon called Nidhogg. This devil fruit also gives Loki lightning manipulation powers and its sheer size is such that it can basically destroy lands with ease.

One Piece has a lot of powerful female characters, but only a handful of them are Yonko level.
Unsurprisingly, the people of Elbaf claim that Loki can destroy an entire country and cause the destruction of an entire planet. Loki's Devil Fruit has undoubtedly completely broken the powerscaling in One Piece, considering it is even above the likes of Rocks and Harald in terms of overall power.

Yami Yami no Mi
Among the Devil Fruits, the Logia type stands at the very top Yami Yami no Mi. It is said to be the darkest devil fruit of all, and the one who harnesses its power is none other than Blackbeard. Yami Yami no Mi does not work like a traditional Logia fruit. It does not give Blackbeard the power of incorporeality or the ability to transform into darkness itself. However, in exchange, Blackbeard gains the ability to nullify the powers of all other Devil Fruit users. What's more, this fruit can also nullify the power of the Devil, meaning that even Imu, potentially the strongest character in the entire world, is not safe from its powers. By nullifying all other devil fruit powers, this ability completely breaks the energy system of the One Piece world, and because of this, it truly cannot be scaled.
His true potential has yet to be shown as Blackbeard has not been involved in many battles in One Piece. What's more, over the years, Blackbeard could even awaken this Devil Fruit power. If that was truly the case, then he wouldn't even need physical contact with others to nullify the devil fruit's powers. Anyone in Blackbeard's vicinity would be unable to use their Devil Fruit abilities, meaning that even the likes of Nika or Loki or someone like Imu would be powerless against his powers. Blackbeard is truly setting himself up to be the strongest in the One Piece world, and the Final Saga will soon show fans his true worth.
