The Beast King, Kaido, was the main antagonist of the Wano Country arc of One pieceand he stood tall as one of the most powerful individuals in the story at the time, with a bounty of over 4.6 billion berries. Considered to be the strongest pirate at the time, Kaido was a force to be reckoned with and was definitely a misfortune strong enough to push Luffy to his limits. While Kaido was incredibly powerful, the latest saga of the series is a whole new ball game, with even stronger villains operating. In fact, Oda has already revealed a lot of monstrously powerful villains that surpass Kaido in overall strength, and some of them are even stronger than Luffy.

Akainu
Akainu is the current Admiral of the Marine Corps and one of the main antagonists of the series. In the Paramount War, he stood tall as one of the biggest obstacles Luffy faced and was primarily responsible for the death of Portgas D. Ace. Luffy and Akainu have a huge rivalry and will come face to face again at some point in the Final Saga. Akainu's bounty was recently revealed to be worth 5 billion berries, and that just goes to show the level of threat he carries.
Saving Akainu for the Final Saga automatically makes him stronger than Kaido, given that he is one of the main antagonists in the story. It has the power of Magu Magu no Mi, which is one of the most destructive fruits in the entire series and can wipe out the vast majority of individuals. In addition, he is also a very powerful Haki user and his power has probably only grown over the years. When Luffy and Akainu do eventually face off, he'll probably be more than on par with Gear 5, and it'll be quite interesting to see how he fares against Kaido. All indications are that it is stronger overall for a smoother flow of the story.

Five elders

Five elders are monstrously powerful individuals who are also known as the War Gods of the World. They are the direct subordinates of none other than Saint Imus Nero, and as such hold the Abyssal Covenant with them. This gives them the power of immortality and regeneration, as well as stopping them from aging completely. The five elders also have unique abilities such as Yokai powers that give them immense power. Additionally, they all seem to be users of the powerful Conqueror's Haki. All of these things combined make the Elder Five rivals the Emperors, and most of them are probably even stronger than Kaido.
The fact that Luffy couldn't help but run against the Elders but was able to beat Kaido is proof that they are stronger. Even with the use of Conqueror's Haki, Luffy was unable to inflict lasting damage on them and had to resort to running away. What's more, the same Red Roc that laid Kaido on his back and left him bleeding only resulted in Luffy getting hurt by his fist when he faced Warcury. The five elders haven't even shown their full abilities yet, and they're already better than Kaido.

Gunko (possessed)

Gunko serves as one of the main antagonists in the Elbaf arc One piece. She is a member of the Holy Knights, which means she must have a deep sea contract with Imu. But given the special value Imu places on her, she might even have the Abyssal Covenant, making her the equivalent of an Elder, as well as any member of the Holy Knights. Gunko can serve as a vessel for Ima, and when possessed, can channel immense power. Gunk's powers are such that she can basically destroy an entire country in the blink of an eye, and that makes her truly special.
He can use the power of Aro Aro no Mi, but more than that, he can use Imu's Grimoire to use various spell-based abilities that can destroy almost anyone.
Even strong individuals like Luffy don't stand a chance against her in a fight by themselves at this point, and this shows that she is much stronger than Kaido. With Imu's powers, Gunko might even be able to Domi Reversi Kaido, which is a dark possibility, especially after witnessing what happened to Rocks 38 years ago in God Valley. The Gunko under Imu's possession is undoubtedly much stronger than Kaido.

Figarland shamrock

Figarland shamrock is a new character introduced by Oda only recently in the final saga of One Piece. He is the twin brother of Shanks, but the two brothers are separated by fate. While Shanks was taken in by the Roger Pirates, Shamrock was raised by the Sky Dragons and is evil through and through. Shamrock is also said to be just as skilled as Shanks, plus he has a Deep Sea Covenant with Imu. In other words, Shamrock has the talent that Shanks has, but with the addition of immortality and regeneration. His power is immense and he was shown to be even stronger than Loki in the Elbaf Arc. This alone makes Shamrock stronger than Kaido.
If he is anywhere close to Shanks in terms of strength, then Shamrock will destroy Kaid in battle. His true worth has yet to be revealed by Oda, but he has been teased as being among the strongest characters in the entire series. Oda even singled out Shamrock as one of the key players in the Final Saga in the hunt for One Piece, and it will be interesting to see what role he plays in the main story from here.

Blackbeard

Blackbeard is one of the main antagonists of the overarching plot of One Piece and a descendant of Davy Jones. He wields two powerful Devil Fruits, the Yami Yami no Mi and the Gura Gura no Mi, both of which are said to be the strongest in the Logia and Paramecia class. Blackbeard also has very powerful Haki and it goes without saying that he is stronger than Kaido.
His devil fruit can nullify any other devil fruit, and his offensive abilities are such that he can destroy the world. There is absolutely no competition between these monsters and his true worth will be revealed as the story progresses.

ruler of the world Im he is far more powerful than the vast majority of villains Oda revealed in the Final Saga. Imu has been around for hundreds of years and rules the world as the sole sovereign. Their powers are beyond any human understanding at this point and it goes without saying that Imu is stronger than Kaido.
Actually, defeating Kaid shouldn't be much of a problem for Ima at all. The power gap between the two characters is absolutely huge and even throwing everything Kaido has wouldn't be enough at Ima to take them down. It would be easy for Ima to take down Kaid, just like it was for Rocks D. Xebec 38 years ago in God Valley.
