The Giants have some of the strongest people in the One piece world, given that they are absolutely massive in size. Over the years, the Giants have been known to terrorize the world, specifically through their pirate crews. Pirates in the ranks of the Giants naturally command high rewards.
While fans haven't seen much from the Giants and as a result know very little about which individuals in their ranks have high rewards, there are certainly a few rewards that Oda has already revealed, and some of them are incredibly high.
Scotch and Cool

Reward: 20 million berries each
Scotch and Cool are members of an unknown race of Giants that the fans were not properly represented in the series. They were revealed as the Yeti Cool Brothers in the Punk Hazard of arc One piece. Scotch and Cool were also revealed to have a 20 million berry bounty on their heads. Both are quite skilled killers, considering they once managed to get the job done against the straw pirates.
Their spying skills are immense and they can sneak up on almost anyone without even noticing they are there. Based on that alone, he deserves a reward higher than a mere 20 million berries, at the very least.
San Juan Wolf

Bounty: At least 100 million berries
Sanjuan Wolf is an incredibly powerful giant known by fans to be a member of the Blackbeard Pirates. He currently serves as the 7th Captain of the Blackbeard Pirates, which just goes to show how powerful he really is. Sanjuan Wolf was once kept locked in Impel lower level 6. Since level 5 prisoners have a reward of 100 million berries, at the very least, fans can assume that Sanjuan Wolf has a reward of more than 100 million.
His exact bounty wasn't revealed in the series, but since he's been incredibly active over the past 2 years, it's likely increased tremendously and should be around 500 million berries. This is especially true because it has a very problematic Devil Fruit, called The Blanket Blanket no Miallowing it to grow even further and basically destroy islands with ease.
Morley

Reward: 293 million berries
Morley is a Giant that fans were introduced to after the events of the Whole Cake Island Arc of One Piece. Morley is incredibly strong, but that shouldn't come as a surprise to any fan considering they are a Giant. They also have a very powerful type of Paramecia Devil Fruit, called Oshi Oshi no Mi, which allows him to manipulate the ground around them as if it were malleable like clay.
Morley also has tremendous physical strength, although he claims to have the heart of a girl. Fans also know that Morley has a very high reward of 293 million berries. Of all the commanders of the Revolutionary Army, Morley has the lowest reward, but since they were seen fighting Green Bull in Marijoa, it's safe to say that Morley puts up a pretty good fight. Oda hasn't revealed Morley's true power yet, and fans are sure to get a good look at it later.
Little Oars Jr

Reward: 550 million berries
Little Oars Jr is from a special race of Giants called the Ancient Giants. Fans haven't seen many giants belonging to this particular race, but the ones Oda has shown have proven to be overwhelmingly overpowering. Little Oars Jr was associated with the Whitebeard Pirates and played a significant role in the Paramount War. There, Little Oars Jr opened the way for the Whitebeard Pirates in the square, not once, but twice.
He has shown tremendous durability and strength and is known to be a monstrously powerful force to be reckoned with. Little Oars Jr had a bounty of 550 million berrieswhich was the highest known reward before the timeskip that he shared with Ace.
Dorry and Brogy

Bounty: 1.8 billion berries
One of the highest bounties any giant in One Piece has goes to Dorry and Brogy without a doubt. It was recently revealed that these giants have absolutely stunning rewards of 1.8 billion berries each. This makes sense, considering they are the co-captains of the Giant Warrior Pirates, a legendary group known to have terrorized the world hundreds of years ago. When they were first introduced in the story, their reward was only 100 million berries each. But this was issued over a century ago and due to inflation the reward was reissued upon their return to Warland, Elbaf.
Now that the Giant Warrior Pirates have reunited, these rewards have become a symbol of their immense power. Their power is absolutely amazing, considering that they can sink islands and control Haki of the highest order with their power. Dorry and Brogy have two types of Haki, which are Observation and Armament. Their powers are such that they could even face the Elders on Egghead, another sign that they have great power. Unfortunately, Dorry and Brogy fell victim to the Im Domi Reversi in Elbaf.
Prince Loki

Bounty: 2.6 billion berries (special)
Loki has the highest reward of all the giants in the world of One Piece. Known to have been born monstrously strong, Loki continued to grow at a breakneck pace and eventually became so powerful that even the land of Elbaf came to fear his power. 14 years ago, Loki ate the national treasure of Elbaf, which was a legendary devil fruit. In addition, Loki also gained the power of Ragnir, a hammer with the ability to transform into a squirrel. With Ragnir and his Devil Fruit, Loki is basically invincible. It should also be noted that Loki has access to the incredibly powerful Conqueror Haki, which he can coat his entire body with and boost his offensive and defensive powers to a whole new level.
When Harald died, Loki set out to sea to avenge him. He wreaked havoc on the seas and eventually gained the attention of the world government. at this point the government put a bounty of 2.6 billion berries on him. This reward is also said to be strange, although the reason remains unknown. No one in the world could stop Loki until he encountered Shanks 6 years ago, who then defeated him and brought him back to the land of Elbaf, presumably for his own good.
