Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage, certainly has his share of questionable actions. At first he failed to properly protect Naruto as the village began attacking him from all sides. Along with it, he too Danza could not be stopped from his violent tendencies and the Uchiha clan was completely exterminated as a result.
