The Saiyans are the strongest warrior race in the universe and are simply more powerful than the rest of the cast on a genetic level. Younger Saiyans – especially hybrids with Earth mothers – have more potential than Goku and Vegeta did in their lifetimes. Even as a child, Pan is stronger than most adults
As Gohan's daughter, Pan has all of her father's raw potential and then some. At only three years old, he is already stronger than Gohan was in the beginning Dragon Ball Z and nowhere so sheltered or cowardly. Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero shows Pana being trained by Piccolo and quickly picking up basic Ki principles such as flying.

Not only that, he can fly around the globe in record time, a feat comparable to Gotenks (one of the strongest characters at the end of DBZ). Goten was the youngest Super Saiyan in history
Goten doesn't take his training seriously, which is a shame because he actually has even more potential than Gohan. At the beginning of the Majin Buu saga, Goten reveals that he unlocked Super Saiyan just by accidentally training with Chichi. Not only that, it's heavily implied that SSJ Goten is more or less the same as Super Saiyan 1 Gohan in terms of power level.
Unfortunately, Goten spends his formative years more interested in girls and superhero movies than training, so he slowly begins to fall. He is by no means weak though, as even a rusty Goten is still skilled and talented enough to turn Super Saiyan and fight alongside Gamma 1 and 2. The fact that Goten is as strong as Trunks despite being a year younger also speaks to his innate potential.

Future Trunks is proof that trunks have incredible potential
Future Trunks and main timeline Trunks are an interesting portrayal of nature versus nurture, but when it comes down to it, they are the exact same character genetically with the exact same potential. The fact that Future Trunks was able to get as strong as he did with only Future Gohan training him and one year with Vegeta in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber is proof that regular Trunks can go far if he is more disciplined.
In Goku Black Saga, the Super Saiyan 2 version of Future Trunks is actually stronger than Super Saiyan 3 Goku. Unfortunately, main timeline Trunks is a lot like Goten in that he doesn't really care about training. He is naturally strong, but a quiet life has conditioned him to take things lightly. With just a little training, Teen Trunks could become as strong as Future Trunks, if not stronger, since he still has Vegeta around to train him.

Caulifla unlocked multiple Super Saiyan forms effortlessly
Caulifla is one of the most powerful miracles in the Dragon Ball Super. While not the most powerful Saiyan of Universe 6 (those titles belong to Kale and Kefla), he has more potential than any other Saiyan in her universe and most of the multiverse. Caulifla was able to turn Super Saiyan with very basic coaching from Cabba, not even needing an emotional trigger like he did during the Tournament of Destroyers.
Just by fighting Goku in the Tournament of Power, Caulifla was able to trigger her S-Cells to help her unlock Super Saiyan Grade 3 and Super Saiyan 2. SSJ2 Caulifla wasn't strong enough to defeat Goku herself, but with a little training she would be able to unlock Super Saiyan 3 and maybe even Super Saiyan God without the need for the God Ritual.

Gohan was the face of potential in Dragon Ball Z
Back during Dragon Ball ZGohan was the poster-boy for potential. From the moment he was introduced, it was clear that Gohan had the potential to surpass Goku, he embodies Dragon BallThe next gen theme is better than the previous one better than any other character. This idea remained in play until the end of the series. Even though Ultimate Gohan did not defeat Majin Buu himself, he was still the strongest unfused character at the end of the year. DBZ.

Broly fought a God-Tier fusion and lived with zero training
No one in Dragon Ball he has more natural potential than Broly. It's honestly not even close. As a child, Broly had a power level of 10,000. Without any training and living in the harsh conditions of Planet Vampa, Broly grew into a Saiyan strong enough to fight Super Saiyan God Goku and Vegeta without any transformations of his own.
Broly's raw potential is so overwhelming that he was even able to fight Super Saiyan Gogeta as a Super Saiyan himself. Once Broly finds a way to master his legendary Super Saiyan form without losing control, he will undoubtedly be the most powerful Saiyan in the entire series. In terms of pure performance level, no Dragon Ball the character has more potential than Broly – Saiyan or otherwise.
