Devil Fruit: Toki Toki no Mi
Toki is the first Devil Fruit user from Void Century that Oda revealed to fans. Born about 800 years ago, she used the power of her devil fruit to jump further in time. With each leap, she got closer to the current timeline, eventually reaching present-day Wan, where she married Oden and had Momonosuke and Hiyori with him.
Toki's Devil Fruit was certainly very powerful as it allowed her to jump through time. Since she came from the Amatsuki family, it makes perfect sense to see her play a significant role in not only liberating Wan, but the overarching battle against the World Government. Both her devil fruit and her character get more exposition later in the story.

Devil Fruit: Ratatoskr Power
Ragnir he has never technically eaten a Devil Fruit, but manifests the power of one through a unique process. It is not known exactly when Ragnir received his special powers, but he certainly existed during the Century of the Void. According to Elbaf lore, Ragnir was the hammer wielded by the earth's god of war. In the battle against the sun god Nika, the god of war controlled the power of Ragnir. Eventually God of War died and Ragnir was left behind. Known as a squirrel called Ratatoskr, God of War's companion resided inside Ragnir and essentially turned him into a kind of Devil Fruit user. The concept is the same, but the only difference is that Ragnir didn't eat the fruit to gain power. Instead, the soul directly resided inside the hammer.
From that day to the present timeline, Ragnir guards the legendary Devil Fruit of Elbaf, waiting for its rightful user. Regardless of when God of War existed, Ragnir stood guard for years, meaning that even during the Void Century, Ragnir was present. This also means that Ragnir knows all the secrets about the Century of the Void and will play a huge role in the story moving forward. Right now, Ragnir teams up with Loki and helps him in the battle against Im in Elbaf.

Devil Fruit: Hito Hito no Mi: Model: Nika
Joy Boy is another Devil Fruit user confirmed by Oda to exist in the Century of the Void. Joy Boy had the power of Hito Hito no Mi, model: Nika. At one point it was disputed whether or not Joy Boy had the power of a Devil Fruit, but since it was confirmed that the real Sun God Nika existed thousands of years ago, it has now been confirmed that Joy Boy was indeed a Devil Fruit user.
Additionally, the fact that Devil Fruits existed during the Void Century confirms that he had the Devil Fruit ability, just like Luffy. Joy Boy could use the power of Gear 5 in battle. In addition, he also had tremendously powerful Haki. Combining the two, it can be concluded that he was one of the strongest characters in the entire world. More information about Joy Boy will be revealed later, especially when Oda dives into the Void Century flashback.

Devik Fruits: Unknown Yokai Powers
Five elders are legendary figures who serve under Ima and possess immense power. Until recently, it was not known whether they had any powers or not, but the Egghead arc of One Piece put beyond any doubt that they are monstrously powerful.
Technically speaking, the Five Elders have Yokai powers granted to them through Imu's Abyssal contract. The details of their abilities remain unknown, but it is understood that they exhibit the same abilities as a Devil Fruit user.
One Piece: The 39 Strongest Characters in the Series
These are the strongest characters that sail the seas of the One Piece world.
All the Elders have unique abilities similar to the mythical Zoan creatures and are monstrously powerful. As for how they existed during the Void Century, it's pretty clear that they've been around for hundreds of years. For example, more than two hundred years ago, Saint Saturn was seen in Marijoa, as old as it is today. Saturn is hundreds of years old and their deep information about Niko and all the other gods is confirmation that they were alive even 800 years ago. They have served Ima all along and will continue to do so in the final saga for as long as needed.

When Ope Ope no Mi was first introduced, his special ability, Perennial Youth Surgery, was revealed to grant someone immortality at the expense of the user's life. It was even stated that a long time ago this procedure was performed by a doctor who made someone immortal at the cost of their life. However, until recently it was not clear who it was and on whom the operation was performed.
The latest One Piece saga sheds more light on this. While the identity of the doctor who performed this surgery has not been revealed, the likes of Ivankov and Dragon have now strongly hinted that this doctor existed during the Void Century and performed immortality surgery on none other than Saint Imus Nero, who has remained alive ever since. Fans will surely get more information about this individual in the final saga.

Devil Fruit: An unnamed mythical Zoan fruit
ruler of the world Im he has lived since the Void Century and still rules the world today. While the full extent of their Devil Fruit abilities is not exactly clear yet, it is easy to see that Imu has some kind of demonic ability that allows them to transform into a unique creature, suggesting the use of the Mythical Zoan. Imu even sports giant wings and a pointed tail to impale the likes of Sabo and Cobra.
Imu's ability allows them to turn anyone into their demonic slaves. They also have a sort of grimoire with which they can cast multiple spells. In addition, Imu can also grant the power of the Covenants to his followers, granting them powers such as superhuman strength and immortality at the cost of becoming a vessel for them. The vast majority of Imu's abilities still remain unexplained, but Oda will surely shed more light on them.
