In the world NarutoMasashi Kishimoto has established several powerful ninja whose strength far exceeds that of the average Kage. These ninjas are so strong that they can take up arms against even the strongest individuals that exist in the world, such as the Otsutsuki. While Naruto Uzumaki definitely stands at the top of the shinobi world and is capable enough to single-handedly kill Otsutsuki, there are other powerful ninjas with immense power up their sleeves who can achieve this feat. While some of them are from the new generation in Boruto series, others are from an older generation of ninjas who often don't get the credit they deserve.

The Six Paths of Obito Uchiha
In the Fourth Great Ninja War, Obito Uchiha became incredibly powerful after sealing the Ten-Tails within him and becoming his Jinchuriki. This pushed him to a very high level where the entire Shinobi Alliance proved ineffective against him. Obito's abilities were such that if he gained full control of his psyche, he would be completely unstoppable.
In his Six Paths form, Obito is more than capable of taking on anyone. In battle, when it comes to a weaker Otsutsuki like Kinshiki, Obito can easily wipe him out in battle, especially considering the fact that Kurotsuchi, Chojuro, and Gaara were able to easily stop him in battle.

Might Guy
One of the biggest disadvantages a ninja can face against Otsutsuki is the inability to use ninjutsu properly. Otsutsuki are known to easily absorb the power of all ninjutsu and seem to have very little effect against them. In order for ninjutsu to be effective against them, they must be taken completely by surprise. However, right there Might Guy it stands out. Guy is a Taijutsu master who has very little ninjutsu skills. Over the years, he has completely mastered the powers of the Eight Inner Gates, and fans have seen him put this power to good use against Madara.
After opening the Gate of Death, Guy is more than capable of killing any Otsutsuki as he nearly killed Madara in the fight. Of course, Guy would also die in this battle, but if he stood against them, he would more than easily take out not one, but several Otsutsuki.

Rock Lee
Rock Lee is another powerful user of the Eight Inner Gates who has completely mastered the art of taijutsu. Unlike Guy, Lee can't use any ninjutsu, and that's what makes him really special. Lee's physical capabilities are beyond human understanding, and over the years he has completely mastered the Eight Inner Gates art.
After the Fourth Great Ninja War, Lee also managed to control the Seventh and Eighth Gates. As an adult, Lee has surpassed Guy as a ninja, meaning that whatever Guy can do, he can do better. With his eighth gate, he should be able to kill several Otsutsuki at the same time. Although he would also lose his life in the process, he is still a ninja worth considering when it comes to those who can kill Otsutsuki.

Kakashi Hatake (DMS)
Kakashi Hatake he is definitely one of the most underrated ninjas in the Naruto world. After the events of the Fourth Great Ninja War, Kakashi became the sixth Hokage of the village. It goes without saying that Kakashi has a lot of power up his sleeve, but he certainly wasn't at his peak when he was Hokage. Kakashi's peak came in the Fourth Great Ninja War, when Obito gifted him with the six-way chakra.

Naruto Uzumaki has many powerful abilities and some of them can even kill Otsutsuki.
This made him so strong that he was able to confront Kaguya Otsutsuki and severely injure her. This version of Kakashi can easily go up against the likes of Kinshiki and even Momoshiki and easily defeat them in combat. Unfortunately, this power play was only short for him.

The Six Paths of Madara Uchiha
Madara Uchiha he is one of the strongest ninjas to ever exist and in the 4th great ninja war he showed fans his immense strength. Madara had the incredible power of the Rinnegan, which made him almost unstoppable in battle. Then he became the Jinchuriki of the 10 Tails, which already put him on a level even with Naruto and Sasuke, but that wasn't all. He went on to gain the power of the God Tree as well, becoming even stronger and awakening the Rinne Sharingan on his forehead.

At his peak, Madara was much stronger than the average Otsutsuki in the Naruto world. In battle, he could easily defeat the likes of Toneri or Kinshiki and also easily take on the likes of Momoshiki.

Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke Uchiha he is one of the strongest ninja in the entire world and the only one capable of rivaling Naruto Uzumaki with the power of the Six Paths. Sasuke is as strong as Naruto and killing Otsutsuki is no problem for him at all. While Sasuke would certainly fight stronger Otsutsuki like Isshiki and Kaguya, weaker ones like Kinshiki should be no problem for him.
Sasuke has the power of the Mangekyo Sharingan and more than that, the Rinnegan. He also has half of Hagaromo Otsutsuki's chakra, making him more than capable of dealing with a threat like Kinshiki Otsutsuki or even Toneri.

Boruto Uzumaki
In the current ninja world, Boruto Uzumaki he is as tall as the strongest shinobi and has tremendous power up his sleeve. Boruto Uzumaki trained under Sasuke Uchiha and learned all of his abilities. He then continued to refine these abilities under the training of Kashin Koji and also created a very powerful jutsu.
Most importantly, Boruto has the Momoshiki Otsutsuki Karma which allows him to develop immense power. Boruto is more than capable of killing any Otsutsuki, and what's more, he can even take on powerful Otsutsuki who are stronger than average ones like Isshiki. Boruto is an absolute monster at this point in the series and the scary thing is that he still hasn't lived up to his potential and will continue to grow in the years to come.

Kawaki
Like Borujo Uzumaki, Kawaki he is also immensely powerful and controls the karma of Isshiki Otsutsuki. As such, Kawaki has all of Isshiki's abilities along with his fighting experience. Having trained his body tremendously through the time jump, Kawaki has become a force to be reckoned with. His jutsu will easily allow him to take down the weaker Otsutsuki, especially considering the fact that that is his goal.
Kawaki vowed to wipe out all Otsutsuki, including his brother Boruto. Whether or not he succeeds remains to be seen, but it goes without saying that he is more than capable of killing them.
