Known as one of the two main energy systems in One pieceHaki is a spiritual energy that has many uses One piecefrom enhancing sensory perception to increasing offensive and defensive abilities and in a few select cases even overpowering the enemy.
While Haki is incredibly important in One piecemany characters made it to the Final saga without her. That said, Haki is still an essential ability to have, and Elbaf could mark the point where many new characters unlock it, especially among the straw pirates. The likes of Robin and Franky could be the next to get Haki.
Robin
Haki To Unlock: Haki Armament
Besides Luffy, Zoro, Sanji and Jinbe you could definitely say Nico Robin is one of the strongest members of the Straw Hat Pirates. Robin proved how strong she is when she defeated Black Maria without Haki. She once again showed immense bravery when she faced Saint Sommer in Elbaf.
Robin's potential is one of the greatest in battle and unlocking Haki could put her on par with Jinbe. Robin, after awakening Haki, and a potentially awakened devil spawn would be unstoppable.

Haki To Unlock: Haki Armament
Stream he's not the strongest Straw Hat Pirate, but he's shown time and time again how useful he can be in and out of battle. Brook didn't win his own battle in Wano, but he helped Robin a lot. If Brook gets Haki armorhe could be useful against a lot of other enemies going forward and he could even start a fight on his own.
Franks
Haki To Unlock: Haki Armament
Franks in the last few arcs, he's proven himself to be one of the best fighters the Straw Hat Pirates have to offer, aside from the main four. Franky was able to defeat Sasaki in Wano and defeated the Vice Admiral in one shot in Egghead. He may face bigger enemies soon. Franky really needs Armament Haki to be able to keep up with the enemies ahead.
Urouge
Haki To Unlock: Armament Haki, Observation Haki
Known as the Mad Monk, Urouge he is one of the members of the Worst Generation and the only one that fans have yet to see fully involved in the story. Urouge's current whereabouts are unknown, and the last thing fans know is that he defeated Snack, the sweet pirate commander of Big Mom. It is unknown if he already has Haki or not, but if not, he would definitely be a strong contender for unlock weapons and observation Haki in Final Saga.
Us
Haki To Unlock: Observing Haki
cat thief Us he is the navigator of the Straw Hat Pirates and one of their original members from East Blue. She got stronger over the years, especially after the timeskip, gaining likes Zeus. That means he's not at his peak yet.
Whereas Armament Haki would be great for Nami as a navigator, really taking her to the next level Observing Hakiand she could definitely unlock it soon.
Tony Tony Chopper
Haki To Unlock: Haki Armament
Tony Tony Chopper he's the Doctor of the Straw Hat Pirates, and while he can fend off some high-level enemies, he's probably one of the weakest members of the crew. Chopper still needs to get stronger and getting Haki would help him a lot.
Like a lot of Straw Hat Pirates, they definitely need Haki, even if it's just one type. Chopper could unlock Observation Haki, but what he really needs right now is Haki Armament.
Kozuki Momonosuke
Haki To Unlock: Armament Haki, Observation Haki, Conqueror's Haki
Shogun of Wano, Momonosuke was a key figure during the Wano arc One piece. As the new ruler of the country, he has more responsibilities than ever before. Momonosuke needs to get stronger because he can't rely on others like the Straw Hat Pirates or Yamato to protect him forever. Momonosuke will grow and it will do so quickly. He certainly has the potential to unlock all types of Hakiincluding Conqueror's Haki. If Momonosuke unlocks Haki, he will be a huge asset to the people of Wan and even Luffy during the final battle.
