Bonney Jewelry she's a member of the worst generation that got her fair share of attention in the Egghead Arc. Although Bonney is only 12 years old, she is an incredibly powerful Devil Fruit user, but on top of that she also has extremely powerful Haki. Bonney's Haki was demonstrated in the Egghead Arc when she fought Saint Saturn of the Five Elders. With her Haki and Devil Fruit abilities combined, Bonney was able to land clean hits on the Elder, dealing damage to him.

Five elders gave fans a glimpse of their incredible abilities in the Egghead Arc. They all have access to very powerful Yokai abilities, but are also users of all three types of Haki. The Five Elders have demonstrated their tremendously powerful Conqueror's Haki on Egghead in various instances, although their full abilities remain invisible at this time.
The fact that they could channel high level Conqueror's Haki, knock people out, use powerful Haki weaponry, and even use high level Observation Haki all within the span of a few chapters shows that they have a lot of control over this skill.

He was born with the blood of ancient giants and special powers that made him strong from birth. His primary powers come from his Nidhoggr Devil Fruit, which gives him the ability to destroy the entire world, but he is also a very strong Haki user. Arguably the strongest new Haki user revealed by Oda in the Final Saga of One piece for now he is the king of the world Saint Nero Imu. Nerona Imu's Haki was released first when it appeared via Gunko in the Elbaf Arc. This haki was so absurd that they could feel it all the way to the underworld and even the likes of Luffy and Loki were sweating in fear.
Later in the series, in the God Valley Flashback, Imu's Haki was demonstrated again, and in One Piece Chapter 1179, Oda had Imu descend into the land of Elbaph, demonstrating his immense Haki control rivaled only by the likes of Joy Boy. At this point in the story, he is one of the strongest there is.
