World of Warcraft roast Final Fantasy 14 Over Player Housing

Summary

  • Blizzard outlined how World of Warcraft housing would work, and claims that anyone who wants the house gets one in an effort to get extended adoption.

  • In addition, Blizzard even took the Final Fantasy 14 housing system and stressed that it was “no lotteries” and your house will not be rewritten if you temporarily cancel the subscription.

Last year, World of Warcraft made a completely massive announcement and revealed that the housing of the player would come into play after ten years of requests. World of Warcraft players, to be added to the game in the upcoming Midnight expansion, will finally be able to get their dream home and recently revealed Blizzard at the first sight of the House player.

In a new blog post on the Blizzard website (thanks to PC gamer), it explains that Housing players will easily be available to all who want it, trying to make it widely accepted. This sounds quite great for those who potentially fear that a limited number of houses may be available, which is the case of other MMOs like Final Fantasy 14.

In fact, Blizzard did not waste absolutely time to take a few insolent pots in a relatively strict housing system Final Fantasy 14. Although he never directly names his closest competitor, it is difficult to imagine that he refers to any other popular MMO right now.

“If you want a house, you can have a house,” reads the post. “No exaggerated requirements or high purchase costs, no lotteries and no difficult maintenance (and if your subscription disappears, don't worry, your house doesn't get up!).”

The Final Fantasy 14 housing system has been a source of criticism for some time, with one of the biggest problems to be destroyed if their owners do not enter them for more than 45 days. It prevents players from logging out and break for a long time without losing the house, and simply getting one is more difficult than the game's lottery system, so the whole suffering begins with gambling.

And while making cash in Final Fantasy 14 is not particularly difficult, fifty million prices for a big house may seem monumental to someone who is just starting. If you are not too invested in creating or gathering, it may take months to accumulate. As a passionate FF14 player, I am a little envied by World of Warcraft housing, and perhaps Square Enix could choose several pages from Blizzard's book in the future.
