Monster Hunter Wilds Beta does not prevent players in the use of SLURS

Monster Hunter Wilds has such poor moderation that players are seemingly able to call their characters what they want.
This includes a slurs, including a single player who was seen with N-for their name, uncensored.

Monster Hunter Wilds is in his second open beta test and gives fans a chance to play the latest installment before the start of this month. Although there were some problems with performance, players are mostly happy – especially with the character creator.

However, there is one area of the game that clearly needs a lot of work: moderating the user name. It seems to be very little in place to prevent players from saying what they want, because users walk around with uncensored slots in their name that most other games would stop automatically.

This film was sent to us by a freelance journalist and contributor Thegamer Scott McCrae, who noticed someone who got away with the use of racial slurters in his character name. He then tested the censors themselves and found that he could call his own character in any number of the usual words of the curse that would ban online games.

Of course, Monster Hunter Wilds is not far from the online game that has this problem. Anyone who plays Marvel's opponents right now will be aware of how lax censors are, as racist, sexist and homophobic language that can be found in user names. However, this example in Monster Hunter is particularly serious and obvious, but the player may not even find a solution.

We will have to wait and see if Capcom introduces something in place to prevent the use of bigot elevation in full release. Since then, however, you can meet some when you play in the Open Beta test.
