Paragon Jay Pierce loves La Knight

During Myris mode, you can come across the paragon Jay Pierce. He is a fictional wrestler outside WWE, who sometimes appears in these games. When you see it in WWE 2K25, it moves the story forward and at the same time gives La Knight a lot of praise.

He says Knight is his favorite wrestler and that the knight reminds him a lot. This is because La Knight in WWE 2K22 expressed the character, so it's a fun link to it.

It was a big story because Punk fell great with WWE when he left in 2014 and now worked with his rivals. Yet it was a remarkable moment behind the scenes that refers to the Myrise WWE 2K25 mode. Without getting too much into the spoiler, in Punk, Punk says that his visit to RAW led to his actions in the story.

During Myris, you can unlock the special entrance “Throne Smasher”, which includes a wrestler that comes out and breaks the stone throne that the triple H previously used as part of his entrance. They do so with the SuperStar signature hammer to add an insult to injuries.

It is a clear nod until Cody Rhodes did a similar entrance during his work in AEW. In fact, if you set it as an input of Rhodes, there is a special comment that recognizes its destruction of the throne. So in WWE 2K24 Rhodes won one of the best game packaging and now gets one of the best entrances.
