Renunciation of responsibility: The following character manual contains extreme spoilers related to the story, so read in advance at the discretion, especially if you have not finished the game.

Kathryn (“Kat”) Mikaelsen is the youngest daughter of the Mikaelsen family, who owns Mikaelsen Ranch, a local deer breeding company, which also serves as a premiere hunting escape in Velvet Cove. Dylan, whom girls first meet at the beginning of tape 1, is Kat's an older sister. Their parents are briefly heard, but never saw in the game.

Kat's children's education is mediated as questionable because it suggests that her parents are extremely religious, dominated and decided by home school. He will rebel how he can with his Tomboyish wardrobe, often crawl and become increasingly clear how much he despises the trade of his family. The conflict between Swann and Dylan (and later Corey) in tape 1 leads to the executioner to engage and became friends, along with autumn and Nora.

As the story proceeds, Kat gradually opens more about her anger and frustration against her family, and especially against Dylan and her dubious relationship with Corey. Details later in tape 2 reveal that she and Dylan were much closer to when she was younger, and Dylan even pushed her parents to make the rabbit of the rabbit she wanted. When Corey came to the picture, everything changed.

When Swann and the others eventually came across an abandoned cabin in the forest and later a strange hole in a country called “Abyss”, Kat becomes unusually attracted to his power and influence. While it seems that other girls hesitate to understand and much less trust “Abyss”, Kat is trying to use their power for personal reasons, especially against Corey. After setting up their band “Bloom and Rage”, circumstances grow only tense between girls and Dylan and Corey and decide to organize an improvised concert in Blue Spruce Bar in retaliation.

At night at the concert, girls can eliminate most of their debut songs despite Heckles from the crowd until Corey and Dylan try to hit the plug. As the argument grows more warm, the executioner emerges throughout the crowd and ignores the blood coming from her nose. Soon faints and the concert will stop. Dylan screams at the group and reveals that the cat has degenerative leukemia and “does not have much time”.

After they hadn't known about Kat's illness before, the girls find themselves in words, while Dylan and Corey take the executioner for emergency treatment. The events of the tape 1 end, with Kat's fate in the story at once much more pugular and insecure.

Is Kat at the end of Lost Records alive: Bloom & Rage?

Undoubtedly, the emotional reef at the end of the tape 1 left many players who felt anxious and worried about Kat, given Dylan's disclosure of her leukemia. But Swann and Nora find her alive and well at her house, at least as she can expect. During a short meeting, Kat reveals that she suffered bleeding during the concert, but insists that she feels good. She did not want to lose it later during treatment, shorten her hair with Swann with Swann's help (depending on your friendship/relationship with her).

Unfortunately, the meeting is interrupted by another confrontation with Corey and Dylan and let the executioner feel even more angry than before. So angry to make one last big plan while being able. Soon after, Kat and other girls mask and steadily vandalize the hunting trade owned by her family, even decided to burn a statue of deer in front. However, the real wish of the Kat is to liberate the deer kept and held in a nearby barn for hunting purposes.

Swann and Kat broke into the barn and let all deer release, including Gertie, one Kat, who previously mentioned nursing back to health. Corey, however, will soon arrive with Dylan and flies to rage for what happened. After the liberation of the girl of the girl escapes into the forest. Corey gives persecution on his bike, but in this process he is distributed by one of the deer. The girls get into the cabin and hide inside, seemingly safe.

But Corey eventually stumbled over the cab and filmed it on Swann's forgotten camcorders. He returns and proceeds to ignite the cab and threatens to capture the girls in. They will escape and soon come across “Abyss” again.

This point shows that it is dependent on the player's capabilities and there are a number of different tangent ends that can happen here. But no matter how things initially appear on the abyss with Corey, one tragic factor remains the same.

At the end of the game, Kat is effectively “received” abysses. Depending on what happens during your game, it will be either drawn by Corey when it falls (which is convicted, no matter what), or it disappears after it gets inside. The reasons for this are not very clear, but on the basis of Swann's assumptions (explains it better at some ends), Kat is a “victim” to the harbinger.

Whether this is a direct consequence that Corey is coming is not clear, but until then in the story of Kat indicated that she wanted to give up the abyss and her power rather than her illness. So it could be another strong option, or it could even be a mixture of both. Maybe she even sensed that she wanted to take one of the girls as her victim and offered herself in response. Either way, Kat is gone at that moment and leaves the other girls (including Dylan) to face their grief.

During the final epilogue scene (“Lost Records”), however, the older Swann starts back into the forest with his video camera and finally hears what sounds like Kat's voice. It begs to come to find her, and soon finds herself back on the same abyss. This time, however, Kat's spirit, noticeably young, stands on the other side. He seems to ask Swann for help to imprison her for so many years. The game then gives you one option – enter the abyss. Swann declares that he will find and save the executioner from what is really, and the game ends there.

This certainly leaves many questions for players, Because it is not clear whether Kat is really alive or deadEven after so many years with a terminal disease.

Dont nod has been mentioned since Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is scheduled for the beginning of the new series, similar to Life is weird. Kat's real fate (and Corey is in this matter) is likely to be determined in the sequel that comes, and until then there are many ways to think and discuss different theories. Also, make sure you get back and catch up with any missed achievements/trophies in both halves of the game.
