How strong are Kizaru's clones?

Marines are one of the strongest organizations One piece. It employs thousands of people, but not all of them are at the same level. Some of the marines are much better than the rest in terms of strength.

In one piece of episode 1127 Kizaru went for the first time with Luffy with Luffy. Admiral humiliated the pirate twice, but this time things were different. Therefore, he decided to penetrate the strength of Gear 5., his strongest forms. After Kizaru was caught and fired by the giant Luffy, he realized that there was no longer an error.

Luffy uses Gear 5., but Haki Advanced Conqueror's Haki used Haki Advanced Conqueror's Haki, which is quite surprising because it is one of the strongest abilities in his locker. Luffy was able to bypass Kaid's almost impenetrable defense with the conqueror Haki, so he doesn't use it against Kizar, doesn't make sense.
