One piece It is known to be an incredibly long story, occupy more than 1000 anime episodes and even more manga chapters. Many of them are daunting its expansion, yet it has gained a huge fan base. For more than twenty years, Eiichirou Oda has been working hard for Luffy's journey to become the pirate king of the best he can be.

Manga chapters often have a covering illustration that may or may not be related to the ongoing events of the story, such as the view of the chapter or one of the author's fun ideas. ODA goes above and using these cover pages to display secondary charts. From now on, there are 26 cover arches that offer flashes of events during the adventure of straw hats. While many of them are entertaining side stories about villains and smaller characters, there are others that contribute to the main conspiracy.

Buggy's Crew Adventure Chronicles

Clown's search for revenge

The story of the first cover page contains Buggy The Clown after his defeat in the main story. Buggy blast off only his head, arms and legs, trying to travel across the ocean in his weakened state, attacked by fish, birds and crabs. He hopes from the island to the island until he is saved by the Pirate Alvida. After learning about Alvida Vendeta against Luffy, they both became partners, which is later in Loguetown.

Buggy is eventually able to find his ship and crew with the help of Alvida. Unfortunately, the cannibals were captured after a dispute over the decision of another captain and were cooked. Using his missing torso and legs, buggy is able to save his crew and scare the cannibals. Although it is a stupid story, this arch is a great example of the incredible happiness of Buggy.

The beginnings of a sea career

Mare became a big player in the story One piece Recently, but his way to become a naval captain was largely invisible. The second title story is about the first days of mare and Helmeppo's sea career. Initially, both boys are, but despite secular work, the mare is trying to become a real sailor.

When straw hats go through a large line, one of their old enemies becomes the protagonist of his own title story. The Yango hypnotist is abandoned by his crew and left for his own device. Finally, he gets to Mirror Ball Island, where he enters the dance competition and becomes friends with a naval lieutenant, fullbody.

Although this secondary story is not relevant to the main conspiracy, it shows the more humane side of the Marines. As a former pirate, Yango is liberated and included in Marines with the support of his friend. Now both characters are working under the naval captain Hina.

Hatchan's walk from the seabed

Hatchan is a key character in the arch of the Sabaoda archipelago, but his way to this point is described in detail in the fourth title story. After the events of Arlong Park, the Hatchi naval ship escapes and returns to the island of Fish-Man. On the way he meets many fish and people and receives objects that are accidentally needed by another person he meets.

This secondary story depicts Hatchi in another light, which proves that he was more innocent compared to Arlong and other. His kindness suggests things that will come later in the main story when he saves Camie and Pappag from slave traders.

The toys of the King of Children

The fifth cover of the arc follows the former king of the island of Drum, Wapol. After being sent by flying Luffy, Wapol ends up stuck on an unknown island, where his devilish fruit forces cause to eat and everything. Eventually he was chased by Marines because of how much she eats. Later, it creates a toy company with its powers and gains fame to create a highly customizable wapometal.

Although it is a funny story, this arch also serves as the pretending to return during the dreams, where it becomes one of the few people who know one of the greatest secrets of the world. Although he plays a small role, he will certainly appear in the future.

Great search for ACE Blackbeard

The sixth title story contains ACE during the search for Blackbeard. After being thrown out of the city for having no money, ACE is saved by a young girl who runs a milk farm. In order to repay it, ACE agrees with the delivery letters of the maritime headquarters on the island where it causes trouble but eventually completes the task. As a bonus, he gets some information about Blackbeard's stay.

At this point, ACE appeared only briefly in the main story, so this arc cover is used to expand to its character than it becomes more relevant for the conspiracy. Of course, when you know what happens later, it can also be considered a prelude to confront ACE with Blackbeard.

Unlikely business partner

Although they are one of Enel's priests, some do not have to remember Gedatsu, so his personal arch is a bit surprising. After losing with Chopper to Sky Island, he crashes in Alabast, where he becomes partners with an old man who wants to open a hot spring. After a long digging and several accidents, they will find a source of water and an open island of Ukri Hot-spring.

This is mostly a stupid story, but it's also a short update of the Straw Hats friends from Alabasta. Once the hot spring is open, they see many visitors, including Vivi, Igaram and Karoo.

Miss Goldenweek “Operation: Meet Baroque Works”

Baroque work of epilogue

The eighth title story is mainly about members of Baroque works. After Miss Goldenweek learned about the fall of the organization, she takes Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine on adventure to save her friends. While they meet many obstacles on their way, they eventually succeed. However, the crocodile refuses to escape, so it remains imprisoned with Mr. 1, 2 and 3.

Members of Baroque works are largely forgotten, so it is particularly interesting to see their lives. It is also another example of ODA pretending, because crocodile and his men are sent to perform in the last part of the story.

Enel's great space operations

Life on the Moon

Compared to other envelope arches, Enel's side story is probably one of the most bizarre. After the events of Skypeia Enel, he rides with his flying boat to the Moon, where he finds and recharges four strange robots. It turns out that these robots were attacked by cosmic pirates who tried to dig the Moon. Enel beats them and becomes the leader of the robotic army.

Despite its eccentric concept, this title story includes some huge Lore points, such as how Skypeia's residence actually came from the Moon. Also mention the island of Karakuri, which is Vegapunk's children's home and sent Kuma instead of Franky.

Independent CP9 Report

Simple life rob lucci

Like Baroque works, CP9 agents will receive their own packaging after details of their lives after the defeat of straw hats. To save Rob Lucci, CP9 members will become street artists and cleaning means to make money. Finally, Lucci recovers and returns to his hometown, where the next generation of ciphers agents is trained.

While it originally acted as an epilogue for Enies Lobby, this secondary story is more interesting after the events of Eggead, where Kaku and Lucci return to the main story. This arch can be considered a hint of their rediscovery.
