How To Build Colonel
Colonel is your traditional FPS style character. He’s an assault rifle user designed for flexibility. He boasts solid room clear potential, weak point targeting, and team support tools like a personal tactical shield and drone/rocket ultimate abilities. He both protects allies with his shields, and weakens enemies with precision hits and vulnerability debuffs.

Colonel’s skill set in Terminull Brigade focuses on high impact damage and tactical utility, making him a strong all rounder with a lean toward debuffing and precision play. Vulnerable Opening, his Ultimate, lets you mark an area to be bombarded for eight seconds.
Any enemy hit three times is inflicted with Enfeebled, a powerful debuff that makes them take more damage. Combined with Justice Strike, a targeted missile that also inflicts Enfeebled, Colonel can quickly weaken priority targets and follow up with heavy fire.
Enfeebled is a debuff that cause affected enemies to receive twenty five percent more damage from all sources.
Tactical Shield gives both Colonel and nearby allies a temporary shield equal to half his HP, letting him stay aggressive even in high-threat areas. It pairs well with shield scaling perks. What makes them really shine, though, is the set bonus system. Equipping two, four, or six of the same relic type unlocks powerful bonuses that can dramatically shape your build. Since you’re limited to only eight relic slots, you’ll need to make smart choices about which sets to commit to as your run unfolds.

The Medkit set of relics is great for solo runs with Colonel. This set boosts survivability and scales into late game damage. Gaining two pieces increases both Max Shield and Max Health by ten percent. With four or more pieces, every ten points of Health boosts weapon damage, up to a sixty percent bonus. At six pieces, the damage scaling climbs even higher, maxing out at one hundred twenty percent.
You can drop and exchange relics for teammates during a run.
The SMG set is perfect for Colonel’s critical weapon damage. This set increases CRIT rate and turns that into raw damage. Two pieces give a flat 20 percent CRIT rate boost. With four pieces, every ten percent of CRIT rate adds 12 percent weapon damage. At six pieces, every ten percent of CRIT rate also boosts CRIT damage by twenty five percent.

Havenkeeper is the better weapon for Colonel thanks to its supportive Shield ability and extra Max Shield from Tenacity. It boosts team survivability while still increasing fire rate in OTS mode. Defender is a decent fallback. It lacks utility but still gives the same OTS fire rate boost, making it fine for solo play or early runs.
How To Play Colonel
Colonel is a heavy hitting DPS class that rewards precise timing and aggressive positioning. The key to playing Colonel well is building around Enfeeble uptime through his Justice Strike and Vulnerable Opening skills. Hitting weak points with your weapon quickly refunds Primary skill charges through the Tactical Simulation passive, allowing you to chain skills and keep pressure on tougher enemies.
Supporting your team with Tactical Shield helps with survivability, especially when rotating between shield-based perks like Firepower Cycle and Multi-Terminal Coordination, which scale your damage based on shield conditions.
Building around shields unlocks massive burst damage for Colonel’s playstyle.
When choosing perks and Potentials, prioritize anything that enhances weapon CRIT, skill damage, or shield interaction. Colonel excels with perks that boost fire rate, CRIT damage, and apply chain effects like Chain Lightning or Icy Piercing. Use Havenkeeper as your preferred weapon, since it adds a team wide shield and increases Max Shield, both of which directly feed into your perks.
If you don’t have it yet, Defender is still viable for keeping up your fire rate and pressure. Colonel shines in coordinated play but can also carry in solo with the right build and consistent weak point targeting.
