Rocks D. Xebec was one of Oda's best additions to the One Piece storyline and quickly became a fan favorite during the God Valley Flashback movie. Rocks was the Captain of the Rocks Pirates, a crew made up of monsters like Whitebeard and Big Mom.

Commanding such a crew required strength and without devil fruit, Rocks relied on his powerful Haki. This haki allowed him to easily defeat the Admiral and Garling. He also attacked Ima with his powerful Hakim, just as he defeated Whitebeard after he was Reversi'd by Domi.

While Imu usually rules from the shadows, sometimes he has to get personally involved, and God Valley is a prime example of this.
