First, you need to make sure your Activision and Twitch accounts are linked. Procedure:

Go to the Call of Duty website and log in to your Activision account. You can always sign in with your console, Blizzard or Steam account.
Click on your username in the upper right corner.
Select Linked Accounts.
Go to the Social section and press 'Link Account' next to Twitch.
Sign in to your Twitch account.

You should then receive a notification that your accounts are linked. With this, you are now ready to start earning Twitch Drop rewards Black Ops 7.

How to redeem Twitch Drop rewards

Sign in to your Twitch account that you linked to your Activision account.
Go to Call of Duty Black Ops 7 on the Twitch directory page to find streams that have 'Drops Enabled' listed under the streamer's name.

To battle! Magic: Unlocked after watching for an hour.
Black Ops Swirl Business Card: Unlocked after two hours of watching.
Armed to the 7th mark: Unlocked after three hours of tracking.
Surge Blueprint: Unlocked after four hours of tracking.
