You'll need to be extra careful when Celeste asks you to upload data to the spaceport. The area is dangerous enough as it is, but since the area you need to access is locked behind a door that requires a keycard, you're sure to meet a lot of resistance when you get there.
Where to find the north moat tower on the spaceport
