AdHoc Studio has finally solved one of the most annoying problems of their hit game Sendwhich allows players to earn a Platinum trophy for their efforts. choice-based episodic experience, Sendbecame a big hit with players, earning praise for its story, characters, and choices that have a meaningful impact throughout the game.
Send has managed to find so much success in such a short amount of time, not least because of its stellar cast that includes Aaron Paul, Laura Bailey, Erin Yvette and many more. This success also helped to get Send nominated for Best Debut Indie Game at the 2025 Awards in December. Still, coming from a relatively new studio, the game has a few issues that the AdHoc team is fixing, including one particular glitch that left many players frustrated.

Dispatch shares a special message with fans just over a week after the end of the first season, celebrating a large number of players.
AdHoc Studio released a minor update on November 19, 2025, but for many fans, it's a major update for what it fixes. As expected, Send has a lot of trophies for players to unlock, some of which may need to be earned through multiple playthroughs depending on the choices made. Unfortunately, the players quickly found out SendThe H4ck3d by R0b3rt trophy is bugged, preventing it from unlocking even if players do everything right in the game to get it. Naturally, this has led to a lot of frustration for PlayStation players in particular, as it also prevents the associated Platinum trophy from being obtained.
The trophy itself tasks players with completing each hacking segment without failing once, so players naturally want to brag about their success. Fortunately, the November 19th update finally fixed the issue, as confirmed by a fan's response asking the studio's official account to fix the issue. Fortunately for players who have already met the requirements for the trophy, the trophy will automatically unlock when starting the game or loading a save file. This also means that for players who have completed every other trophy in SendPlatinum is now attainable.
For those curious, the update also fixes another achievement that was giving some players trouble. Specifically, Min Max now properly unlocks when a hero's stat is increased to 10 by a random point. New protection has been added to prevent accidental deletion of save files, while a number of potential crashes have also been resolved.
With all 8 episodes Send finally available, fans were quick to wonder what would happen next for the series. AdHoc Studio co-founder and chief creative officer Pierre Shorette specifically addressed whether Send will get a second season, admits the developer hasn't ruled out the possibility. Popularity and success Send was clearly pushing the studio to at least consider such a possibility, though nothing has been confirmed or committed yet.
