Puzzle in Assassin's Creed Shadows was added with update 1.1.6 where Naoe and Yasuke come face to face with a strange door inside the mountain. The doors have 13 Isu glyphs etched into them, and players will need to find them all hidden throughout the map to open them and retrieve the treasures they protect. How to start a puzzle quest in Assassin's Creed Shadows

A Puzzlement Quest Instead of Assassin's Creed Shadows

Players can run the Puzzlement task right after unlocking Yasuke as a playable character in Assassin's Creed Shadows. The starting point of the search can be found in The Genbu Highlands area of the Yamashiro areanortheast of Kyoto. You can fast travel to Hanazono Castle because the search location is only a short distance away.

Meeting Kinu and Kane A Puzzlement Quest Assassin's Creed Shadows

Once you arrive in the area, you will meet Kinu and Kane, who will tell Naoe and Yasuke about a strange door with engraved symbols. They will claim there is treasure behind it and hand it over Riddle Scroll Beacon Trinket on Naoe & Yasuke. Be sure to equip this trinket as it will be vital in uncovering hidden glyphs on the map.

Now, the first glyph location will be marked on your mapbecause it is part of the quest A Puzzlement v Alternating shadows. Glyph from the Watchtower	It is located in a partially deforested area in the Mouth Hei area of the Omi region, northwest of Sakamoto city.
Glyph of the Mists	Located on Okishima Island on Lake Biwa in the Omi Region, players can find the glyph by descending from the cliff behind the shrine building.
Sakura glyph	Located on the forest path west of Yamazaki in the Eagle's Nest area of the Yamashiro region.
Glyph of the Sky	It is located on top of a hill in the Onyu Pass area of the Wakasa area, north of the Kuramadera Pagoda.
Glyph of the Lost	East of Ogura Pond in the Yamashiro area. A symbol on a cliff near a stream.
Glyph of Silence	Found at the beginning of the Path of Silence trial in the Tamba Highlands area of the Tamba region.
River glyph	Located east of the Mount Peak fast travel point, past the destroyed houses, in the forest of the Mount Uchinakao area of the Wakasa region.
Waterfall glyph	Located in the Takashima Shores area of the Omi region, next to the Mount Peak fast travel point.
Ship glyph	In the Shattered Coast area of the Wakasa region, players can see a glyph on the surface of a hill, on rocky, watery terrain.
Glyph of the Stone	On the cliff behind the enemy camp at the start of The Silver Lands area in the Tamba region.
Glyph of the Tide	It is located east of the Ado River valley on the shores of Lake Biwa in the Omi region.

Assassin's Creed Shadows enter the Strange Door

After finding all 13 Isu glyphs in Assassin's Creed Shadowscutscene will play once you are fast travel back to the Glyph Door. Once the door opens, head inside to pick up two new cool weapons.

A large one is also available A statue of Kassandra in the middle of the roomwho is one of the protagonists Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Right next to her statue is a device labeled “Parts Missing”, which is a crafting station for the Blade of Yumminess (once you get all of its parts).
