Exploration points are not shared between regions. To get points for Qinghe, you have to complete quests and tasks there, and the same goes for Kaifeng.
Discovering Boundary Stones
The easiest and probably most useful way to earn exploration points is by exploring the world. Find a activate Boundary Stones and reveal new parts of the map. Boundary Stones are needed for fast travel and discovering them will give you the best way to get around the map quickly, with the added bonus of leveling up points.
Each boundary stone gives around 50 exploration points.

Exploration tasks and encounters
Exploration quests and encounters are just what they sound like: side quests found in the game world that, when completed, expand the areas you can visit in the game and open up more space for adventure. To start one of these quests, head out into the world and you will run into people who need help or have a task for you.
Gift from Gab, Hotpot Fever and To Treat or Not to Treat are the types of side quests found in the Exploration Quests and Encounters area, and in addition to Exploration Points, these quests also reward you with Echo Jade, Enlightenment Points, and Coins.
Short exploration quests and encounters will reward you around 25 points, but longer ones can give you 50-100+ points.
Meow Meow Puzzle
Meow Meows are magical cats that players can encounter randomly in the world. You can tell Meow Meow by the clothes they wear, or by a bag and paw icon on the map.
Also watch out for the red sword next to the cat itself. These felines will give you a task to complete and upon completion reward you with exploration points and currency that you can use in their temple shop.
Meow Meow Challenges and Puzzles reward you with around 30 points each and can be found in all regions.
Searching for a chest
An extremely simple way to farm exploration points is to find and open them golden chests which are spread across the map. they are located in quest areas, hidden in caves or on rooftops, etcand will give you Points, XP, Echo Jade, Coins and Enlightenment Perks.
Chests come in different sizes, so expect the biggest rewards from the bigger ones. Keep an eye on the chests because although the number of points you get may be small, every little bit helps.
Depending on the type of chest, you can get between three and 20 points.
Minigames with NPCs
Playing and winning NPC minigames isn't a quick way to earn points and level up, but they add to that and are fun at the same time. Fishing, chess, performances, healing and drinking contests are the types of mini-games that Where Winds Meet offers and they don't take much time to complete.
The minigames will give you around ten or more exploration points.
Collecting oddities
Rare items are scattered around the map and collecting them provides a very small number of exploration points. There may be peculiarities flowers, trinkets, insects, etc.and although they only offer a small number of points, you will find a lot of them in both regions. They can also contribute to the Melodies of Peace tree, which unlocks certain mystical skills.
Each oddity is worth approximately three points.
Enemy fights
One of the best ways to get a large amount of Research Points is to fight a large number of enemies on the map. You can easily stumble bases and world bosseswhile campaign chiefs which you encounter and fight in the main story line or during location campaigns.
Enemies have a range of difficultiesso while you can't solve them all at once, they are a great way to help level up when you can defend yourself.
Depending on the boss type, you can get 20-100 exploration points per fight.
