Boruto is the strongest of Konoha
At this point it can be said quite clearly Boruto is already the strongest ninja Konoha has. He might have already surpassed Naruto and Sasuke's level after their fall from grace. At their peaks, Naruto and Sasuke may be getting stronger, but it won't be for long. Once Boruto controls the power of karma to the fullest, he will be even stronger than Momoshikimeaning he surpasses both Six Paths Naruto and Sasuke.
The the only version of Naruto that could potentially stand above him would be Baryon Mode. However, it is also possible that Boruto will unlock additional abilities in the future that will allow him to surpass even the strongest version of Naruto.
