Oda has a huge gift for fans next week
There are only a few weeks left until the end of 2025, and before the year ends, One Piece fans have one last gift from Oda. Eiichiro Oda will reveal this gift on December 21, 2025 along with the release of the last chapter of this year's One Piece.
On December 21st, One Piece will be on the cover of Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine with a new drawing by Odawhich means fans will see Luffy take the lead again, but it doesn't end there. One Piece is also getting a new colorpread drawn by Oda and fans are excited.
What will the new color and cover of the magazine bring?
Whenever magazine covers and color spreads are revealed, fans always start wondering what Oda might draw next. These illustrations, while great, are usually not that exciting. Magazine covers usually feature Luffy, and color prints typically center around the Straw Hat Pirates.
That said, there may sometimes be exceptions. On the latest magazine cover, for example, Oda actually drew and colored Rocks D. Xebec, Gol D. Roger, and Monkey D. Garp alongside Luffy. It was very exciting because it was the first time fans had seen Xebec's color scheme.
