Frigibax, Arctibax and Baxcalibur made it inside Pokemon Legends: ZA with many other new Pokémon in the Mega Dimension DLC, but this full evolution line of Ice and Dragon types is probably the hardest to catch in the entire game. Many players would think that at the very least, Frigibax would start randomly spawning in the new hyperspace wild zones during the expansion's story, as they do when you find Hoenn starters like Mudkip – but unfortunately, a lot more work is needed.
Not only are Frigibax and its evolutions very late-game DLC exclusives, but there's also a degree of randomness that makes the hunt even more challenging. How to get Frigibax, Arctibax and Baxcalibur
In Pokemon Legends: ZA, Frigibax and its evolution Arctibax and Baxcalibur, can only be caught in level 200, five-star hyperspace wild zones that are detected by “special scanning”: feature unlocked after completing “Side Mission 188: Begin Special Scan”.
Scanning is a post-game feature provided by Rust Syndicate's Corbeau as he tasks you with analyzing the more obscure pockets of Hyperspace Lumiose, unlocking more Pokemon and stronger trainer battles.
However, this side mission not available until you complete the entire Mega Dimension DLC storyit automatically starts the day after you defeat and capture Rayquaza.
That said, in Pokemon Legends: ZA the mission is to unlock Frigibax, Arctibax and Baxcalibur it will not be unlocked until you complete the final Mega Dimension story mission, Hyperspace Mission 17: The Greatest Gift.

Finding the right wild zone
Once you unlock the five-star hyperspace zones in Mega Dimension, yYou may not be able to find Frigibax, Arctibax and Baxcalibur right away, whereas the area that appears as a result of each scan is completely random. For example, you might instead have a fighting zone or a wild zone with strong grass-type pokemon – as opposed to Frigibax's ice or dragon typing.
So that means you may have to try a few special scans before you have any success. for us on our third try we had Hyperspace Wild Zone with Frigibax, Arctibax and Baxcalibur.
What's more, for every scan you must earn 25,000 research points for completing challenges in hyperspace zones (as you're more than used to from the DLC at this point), then have Phillipe do a new scan of the hyperspace battle zone or wild zone – each still randomly generated.
Fortunately, each of these five-star zones that don't have the Frigibax or Baxcalibur you're looking for still have battle or capture challenges that give enough points earning most of the 25,000 for the next scan is relatively easy.

Catching Frigibax, Arctibax and Baxcalibur
Depending on which specific area Frigibax, Arctibax and Baxcalibur appear in this Wild Zone Legends: ZA Mega Dimension, all three can be grouped or spread out.
Definitely have with it Hoopla eat a five-star donut with plenty of time to explore so you can explore the whole area and fight at the same time.
Of the three, you should prioritize catching Frigibaxas all three have annoyingly low catches, but Arctibax and Baxcalibur are much harder to catch. If you only catch Frigibax, you can still evolve it and add two more to your Pokedex.
The last thing you want is to run out of time due to failed capture attempts and having to re-earn 25,000 research points for more trial and error.
How to evolve Frigibax and Arctibax in Baxcalibur
If you don't manage to catch Baxcalibur in the wilds of the Hyperspace Wild Zones, you can still add it to your Pokemon Legends: ZA Pokedex with evolving Frigibax from level 35 and Arctibax from level 54.
