7 Strongest Final Moves Villains

It wouldn't be necessary My Hero Academia's heroes if there were no villains around to take on. The series featured a lot of different villains, with some playing bigger roles than others. From petty crooks to world-threatening supervillains, My Hero Academia has everything

Just as the heroes have an arsenal of techniques, the villains also use their quirks to fight the heroes. Even though we've seen more from the heroes and students when it comes to ultimate moves, it doesn't mean My Hero Academia's villains pull out their fists. These stand out as the strongest villain ultimate moves we've ever seen.

My Hero Academia: Pro Hero's 7 Most Powerful Moves

You can't be a great hero without having at least one powerful Ultimate Move. Here's a look at the best of the best.

Starservant — Enlightened Fallen King

It may not be the most impressive quirk in the series, but the Starservant's Control Glass Quirk can be quite dangerous in the right situation. By controlling and manipulating all the glass in his immediate vicinity, the Starservant can be a difficult foe to take down.

Starservant uses his ultimate move, Enlightened Fallen King, while trying to take out Endeavor during the Endeavor Agency Arc. By taking glass from the buildings around him, he can create a massive orb on his enemies. This is a fairly devastating attack, but as Enedavor has shown, a strong enough hero can handle it fairly easily.

Twice — The Sad Man's Parade

Twice was definitely one of them My Hero Academia's the most tragic villains. His vivacious personality masked a terrifying backstory that made him an incredibly likable character, despite his loyalties. While he wasn't necessarily the strongest villain physically, his Double Quirk made him a tough matchup in certain situations.

Twice's Ultimate Move, Sad Man's Parade, is a crushing attack that most heroes might not be able to handle unprepared. Twice creates clones of himself, who then creates clones of himself, resulting in thousands of different copies flooding the area. The great thing about this move is that when you destroy one clone, another one will appear to take its place. It can be incredibly overwhelming and great at suppressing multiple enemies.

Re-Destro — Stress: 100%

Former Grand Commander of the Meta Liberation Army and later one of the nine lieutenants of the Paranormal Liberation Front, Re-Destro has proven to be a terrifying villain due in large part to his Stress Quirk. The wit allows its user to turn their stress, anger, and other negative emotions into energy, which they use to enhance their strength and even size.

As the name suggests, Re-Destro's Stres:100% ultimate move allows him to use 100% of his eccentricity by pushing himself to his absolute limit. This way he gets a massive boost to his physical abilities while also increasing his size. It also enhances his Stress Output Burden technique, allowing him to shoot large energy waves from his hands.

Himiko Toga — Legion of Sad Man

She could be a villain, but Toga ended up being one of the most popular characters in My Hero Academia. It's not hard to see why when her story is as sad as it is and fans see how badly people around her have treated her because of her differences. Toga's Transform Quirk is deadly and versatile, but we didn't see it used until the Final War Arc.

Mimicking Twice's strongest move, Toga's Sad Man's Legion is a devastating combination of both quirks. Toga creates an army of clones in the form of various heroes and villains, including himself, Twice, Tsuyu, Uraraka, Jiro, and even Near High-End Nomu. As with the original, Toga's spin can easily overpower opponents, and the versatility of the different types of clones she can throw at her enemies makes Toga's version the stronger of the two.

Dark Might — Torino Smash

He may have just been a movie villain, but Dark Might certainly left his mark on fans. The leader of the Gollini crime family, Dark Might, real name Valdo Gollini, is one of the series' most prolific villains alongside Shigaraki and All For One.

Not only does he look a lot like All Might when he takes on his Dark Might persona, but Valdo also packs quite a punch. His strongest attack has to be his Torino Smash, which is a play on All Might and Deku's Detroit Smash. It's just a simple punch attack, but it was strong enough to resist Detroit Smash and send him flying.

Dabi — Prominence Burn

One look at Dabi's arsenal of ultimate moves shows that he's not the most creative villain, but he's still an incredibly deadly foe on the battlefield. Dabi's entire move list is ripped straight from his father Endeavor, with the exception of Shoto's Phosphor. Of course, Dabi doesn't do this out of admiration for her father; instead, she uses her most iconic techniques to fight him while further tarnishing his legacy and public image by bringing his past transgressions to light.

Like his father, Dabi's Prominence Burn is his strongest move. It's a devastating technique that can vaporize almost any opponent with Dabi's intense heat that matches Endeavor's own power. In fact, he almost used the attack to take out his father. If Best Jeanist hadn't interrupted him, he could very well have destroyed Endeavor with his own move.

All in one — Omni-Factor Unleash

A great evil My Hero Academia world, All For One's ability to steal and transfer quirks made him the most dangerous villain in the series. Even though he spent much of the series mastermining things behind the scenes, that doesn't mean All For One wasn't a dangerous opponent in combat. Having the myriad of quirks he'd accumulated over the years so readily available made him an almost impossible villain to take down.

All For One's most powerful ultimate move is his Omni-Factor Unleash technique, which forces him to combine every joke he's stolen over the years and unleash them all as one deadly attack. As a result, his body undergoes a horrific mutation, giving him a disturbing look to go alongside his monstrous strength and incredible speed.
