If you've been living under a rock and aren't familiar with streamers doing something for content, then Pokemon Legends: ZA is about to teach you firsthand the importance of those sweet, sweet looks. Canary is busy finding new ways to get some new content into her chat, and she needs your help to make it happen.
All you have to do is try to avoid being KO'd for 30 seconds – easy right? It's not as straightforward as it seems, so we've got some key tips and tricks for you to survive this all-out Pokemon brawl.
How to start 'Being a defenseless cheater!'
Your first step is unlock access to side mission 173: 'Be A Defenseless Dodger!' completion Hyperspace Mission 9: Hyperspace Lumiose Survey No.5, which it requires of you defeat Canary and Ivor. Once you defeat the dynamic duo, a number of new side missions will become available in Lumiose City, including this one.
Next, fast travel to Racine construction on South Boulevard, southeast of Wild Zone 17, and head inside. Once inside, you will to find Canary sitting at the computer in the right rear corner of the first floor.
Talk to her and she'll explain all about her Defenseless Dodger challenge, including catch. You will have to survive 30 seconds against a group of Pokemon without using any Pokemon or Poke Balls of your own.
How to survive during 'Be the Defenseless Dodger!”
With the gauntlet down, Canary gives you some time to prepare for this difficult challenge, so take advantage of it to prepare for an important matter.
Get back outside Racine Construction where you will find a worker offering a variety Stuffed animals from Canary in exchange for your colored bolts.
You should max. Green Canary Plush if you haven't already. This plush will allow you to do just that take more damage from countering a Pokemon without getting lost, basically gives you more HP.
While it's not absolutely necessary for your Green Canary to be a max plushie, it will help make this challenge a lot easier, especially if you've been collecting all the colored screws and have some to spare.
Once your Green Canary Plus has leveled up as much as you can, you are ready to take on the challenge of Canary's Defenseless Dodger.
The clock starts at 30 seconds and a group of Pokemon including Raichu, Ampharos and Hippowdon will start attacking you moves like Hyper Beam, Rock Slide, Swift and Earthquake.
One of the best tricks for survival is bait from attacks when you are in one of the four corners rooms. If timed correctly, this should cause most Pokémon to launch attacks towards that corner.
Before they attack, you should run and dodge right through the center of the arena, so most of their attacks miss completely.
Hippowdon's Earthquake is a bit harder to avoid, so avoid this attack and the rest should miss as well.
If you're uncomfortable risking the timing, keep moving and running around the arena along the outer edge of the room. Doing this will make it difficult for the attacking Pokemon to track you because any of them their attacks should go where you were just now rather than where you will be.
It will absolutely hit you a few times, but don't give up if your screen turns red. Just keep moving and you should be able to last the 30 seconds before the Pokemon can connect with enough attacks to knock you out.

Once the time is up, Canari will praise you for your quick dodging skills and then offer you the following rewards as thanks for helping her seize her chat:
