Many strong characters in Boruto they have Shinjutsu which makes them far superior to regular ninja who rely on ninjutsu, genjutsu or even senjutsu. Every powerful shinjutsu stemmed from Shibai Otsutsuki's abilities, from karma and omnipotence to clairvoyance, all of which proved to be instrumental in accelerating Boruto Uzumaki's growth and most of the country's conflicts. This means that Shinjutsu is a god-level power exclusive to the Otsutsuki clan and the characters who awakened it after having Shibai Otsutsuki's DNA implanted into their bodies. As fans know, Boruto and Kawaki are Shinjutsu users, as are Eida and Daemon. These characters are slightly taller than others, all due to the powerful Shinjutsu they possess.

Omnipotence is the strongest Shinjutsu

It is no secret that Omnipotence is an all-powerful force capable of creating worlds. Anything the user desires can be achieved or materialized through the power of Omnipotence. If the user wants someone to fall in love with him, Omnipotence will easily grant him that wish.
However, in Eida's case, she was not a true Otsutsuki, so her control over Omnipotence is limited. In other words, Eida cannot activate Omnipotence at will, effectively nerfing the shinjutsu at least for now.
As stated in Boruto, Omnipotence was a shinjutsu that reversed Boruto and Kawaki's positions for quite some time. The effects of the shinjutsu were wide ranging and changed everyone's memories of Kawaki and Boruto.
Karma is a Shinjutsu based on immortality

Karma is an immortality-based shinjutsu that allows Otsutsuki to resurrect again and again. It manifests as a seal that contains the Otsutsuki's data and consciousness, allowing them to overwrite a compatible vessel and be reborn. Momoshiki and Isshiki used karma in their attempt to take over the respective bodies of Boruto and Kawaki, but later failed in the process due to unforeseen events.
Now the power of karma has a different application Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes, where Boruto and Kawaki activate it not for resurrection, but as a source of stunning power. It also gives them access to the Otsutsuki abilities, further enhancing their fighting abilities.
A bounce takes advantage of the opponent's strength and intent to kill

The strength of the bounce depends on the opponent's strength and intent to kill, as the more they want to kill the wielder, the more the shinjutsu amplifies its repellency. Daemon is the current user of Reflection and has been untouchable for some time. Code was the first to taste the power of Daemon's reflection and the effects were excellent. The Daemon may even reflect the Code's intent to kill, in addition to its actual attacks.
A Daemon can only use Reflection when his palms are touching another person. However, this may no longer be the case as there are more sightings of Daemon using Reflection without touching another person in Boruto: TBV.
Daikokuten captures enemies in a timeless dimension

Daikokuten is a terrifying shinjutsu that allows the user to trap enemies in another dimension where time does not pass. The power originally wielded by Isshiki Otsutsuki was inherited by Kawaki through karma, allowing him to easily send Naruto and Hinata to another dimension.
Inside the Daikokuten dimension, Naruto does not age, let alone starve. He is not allowed to train and get stronger unless Kishimoto and Ikemoto decide to spice things up by secretly giving him a new jutsu.
For enemies with super regeneration and sealing needs, Daikokuten is one of the most effective shinjutsu. This shinjutsu will be effective if they don't have the ability to break out of another dimension or if they are fast enough to avoid it.
Sukunahikona is eye shinjutsu

Sukunahikona is a playful shinjutsu that allows the user to shrink objects and instantly return them to their original size. It can also be applied to the user's body, allowing them to shrink for evasive maneuvers, sneak attacks, or slipping through tight spaces. In addition to living beings, Sukunahikona can also be used on energy and chakra based substances.
Sukunahikona is a difficult shinjutsu to counter, so much so that she even overpowered Sasuke and Naruto when Isshiki Otsutsuki used it against them. Now under Kawaki's possession, he takes full advantage of its versatility, using it both offensively and defensively, as shown when he fought Jura in the Land of Wind.
Claw Mark creates portals

The Claw Mark is not exactly an offensive shinjutsu, but when used strategically it allows the wielder to perform sneak attacks with ease. Essentially, this shinjutsu creates portals in the form of black belts that the user can easily manipulate to instantly travel through space and ambush opponents without warning.
As long as the wielder has marked a location or target with a Claw Mark, they can emerge from the black bars. Code and Shinju clones usually use Claw Marks for surprise attacks and unexpected escapes. They can even transport another person with them, making it a highly versatile shinjutsu.
Prescience brings many future results
Current user: Kashin Koji
Prescience, otherwise known as the Ten Directions, is a useful shinjutsu that grants its wielders foresight and multiple future outcomes. In other words, clairvoyance allows the wearer to see into the future and foresee events before they happen.
Kashin Koji uses clairvoyance in the story and uses it to guide his actions and decisions. It also extends the benefits of clairvoyance to Boruto Uzumaki, allowing him to avoid fatal consequences.
It's an incredibly useful shinjutsu, but like Eida, Kashin Koji has limited control over it. He cannot access shinjutsu at will and his visions usually come weekly. Still, with Prescience, Kashin Koji was able to speed up Boruto's training, exploit his enemies' weaknesses, and create an effective move against Jura and the Shinju clones.
