Pokemon Legends: ZAThe Mega Dimension DLC only came out two weeks ago, but it completely reshaped the game in a number of ways. There are shiny new hunting methods Pokemon Legends: ZAwhich is great after removing the “spawn overload” bug from the base game, as well as many returning Pokemon and ways to get them in Hyperspace Lumiose. If that wasn't enough, you can shiny hunt five legendary Pokemon, get a total of 9 legendary and 11 mythic, farm rare items with specific donut abilities, and more. However, the DLC also brings the best overall way of farming in the game, but once you complete a specific side quest, it becomes instantly unavailable.
After the release of the DLC, there are 200 side missions in Pokemon Legends: ZA.
Not all side missions are there Pokemon Legends: ZA they make a lot of sense, either in terms of story or rewards, but there are a few notable exceptions. The mission Goodbye, Gengar, for example, can bring you to tears. In contrast, the two base game quests involving Raichu are required to access another mission to get both of the new Mega Evolutions for the beloved Gen 1 creature. However, one of them you shouldn't complete unless you really want to beat the whole game, and that's Side Mission 157: What's Wafting from Wigglytuff?
Want to catch them all? Here's how to find all Legendary and Mythical Pokémon in Legends: ZA
Pokemon Legends: ZA Mega Dimension DLC brings back several Legendary and Mythical Pokemon, and here's how to catch them all.
Say hello to the best farming method in Pokemon Legends: ZA DLC
This mission is available after unlocking Hyperspace Mission 8 and is available in the Bleu District of Lumiose City, near Pokemon Legends: ZA's Wild Zone 10. Here, an NPC named Bain will ask you to help him clean up his Wigglytuff, who doesn't like showers and needs to wash himself in battle with the Bubble Beam move. Bain will only ask you to fight him and his Wigglytuff if you learn a Pokemon with Bubble Beam. This completes the quest, but you shouldn't do it yet.
Pokemon Legends: The best way to farm for money, XP and EV in ZA
You can fight Bain and defeat his Wigglytuff with different Pokémon as well if you have a Pokémon with Bubble Beam on your team. If you do, the game will reward you with 4,752 Poke Dollars, which isn't a lot, but it's very quick and easy money. Once Bain realizes you haven't washed his Wigglytuff Bubble Beam, he'll ask you to do so again. The caveat is that you can fight Bain endlessly if the Pokémon on your team has the Bubble Beam move, but otherwise you can beat him over and over again. This way you will get the following awards:
-
4,752 poke dollars per battle, with each battle lasting less than a minute, including dialogue.
-
Infinite experience for your Pokémon below level 100.
-
Endless HP EVs – Specifically, 3 HP EVs every time you defeat Bain's Wigglytuff.
This is incredible because many Pokémon benefit from high HP EVs in the game, with most Pokemon Legends: ZAThe best teams using multiple max-HP, max-attack-stat creatures, meaning you can max one of these stats for free and don't have to spend 5000 Poke Dollars each on HP Up bottles. In addition, in a few hours of farming, you will get millions of Poke Dollars, which can then serve you for a long time.
Technically, the ZA Infinite Royale method heading into the battle zone near Wild Zone 8 is better, but it's strictly an active method. Instead, defeating Bain's Wigglytuff can be completely automated with the Nintendo Switch's simple turbo controller, and even more easily with the programmable controller. You can actually have the controller press A as your turbo button and put the rubber band on the ZL button to auto target Wigglytuff.
As for what kind of Pokemon to use, use any high-attacking Poison or Steel-type Pokemon Pokemon Legends: ZA will do, but a level 100 Metagross with Heavy Slam and max Attack EV and IV is recommended for optimal performance. This will one-shot Wigglytuff and you can either manually press A to cycle through Bain's dialog or use the turbo controller to do it for you until the battle restarts. This is the single best multi-resource farming method in the game, considering you can max HP EV, Poke Dollars, and XP all at once, but unfortunately it disappears after you defeat Wigglytuff with Bubble Beam.
