Master Roshi is one of the most famous characters Dragon Ball. He made a Kamehameha. But every new generation of the series since DBZ has struggled to fully incorporate him. Majin Buu
IN Dragon Ball ZMajin Buu was introduced as the big bad final boss of the series, the strongest of the strongest creatures. Goku's next student at the end DBZ he is a young man with great potential. However, Super doesn't appear often because his timeline makes things difficult. Dragon Ball will always be Goku's story, but these characters deserve attention just the same.
Believing that Uuba's relationship with Buu and his secret power could result in some interesting character development, fans are eager for him to take the lead. Goku and Vegeta could work together. A character with immense potential that really needs to come back would definitely be Vegeta's younger brother Tarble. A character so shrouded in mystery; how is he so different from Vegeta? Why had he never visited Earth before? Why didn't he want to meet his brother even though he admired him? It's a strange yet fascinating plot point that Tarble is Vegeta's younger brother, since most pure-blood Saiyans are bloodthirsty and battle-hungry, yet he's kind.
Although considered a canonical figure, he only appeared in Dragon Ball's OVA or manga specials. Not only is he Vegeta's brother, but he also changes the behavior of the Saiyans, so people always wanted more from him. Super could bring his character back in a unique way to gain strange abilities while training or keeping the peace. It would give the Saiyan story more nuance that it lacks at times.
