Second set of LEGO Animal Crossing for 2026 Online leaks

New Animal Crossing– thematic LEGO the set is slated for summer 2026, according to a new report from a credible leaker, which also provides a few more details about the alleged product. This is at least the latter Animal Crossing reports that LEGO is reportedly planning for 2026, with some circumstantial evidence suggesting there may be at least one more on the horizon.

First announced in September 2023, LEGO's Animal Crossing theme officially launched in March 2024 with five sets, with prices ranging from $14.99 for Julian's Birthday Party to $74.99 for Nook's Cranny & Rosie's House. Two low-run promotional sets were also released at the time, followed by two more in August: Fly with Dodo Airlines and KK's Concert at the Plaza. The line-up proved popular enough to warrant a sequel in 2025, again released in two waves – one in January and the other in August.

According to a new report from lego_minecraft_goat, LEGO isn't done with the Nintendo hit just yet. In an Instagram story posted on January 22, a trusted leaker identified the previously unknown Animal Crossing set, number 77059, reportedly targeting a summer 2026 release. The set is expected to retail for $59.99 in the US and €59.99 in Europe, according to the same source. This would make it the fifth most expensive Animal Crossing set to date. The leak also addressed recent speculation about an Animal Crossing set featuring LEGO's newly launched Smart Play platform, saying that if such a product is in development, it is “unlikely” to be the 77059 set.

Rumored LEGO Animal Crossing sets for 2026

77059 may not be the only one Animal CrossingA themed LEGO set to be launched this year. According to one recent rumor, LEGO is also planning a release soon Animal Crossing Polybag, one of her small kits that are sold in bags rather than boxes. The purported product, identified as set number 30731, is expected to have 33 units and a March 2026 release. The Animal Crossing the theme has already received two Polybags: Julian's Beach Painting and Maple's Pumpkin Garden, released in 2024 and 2025. Both were offered as part of LEGO Gift with Purchase events, not sold directly.

All LEGO Animal Crossing sets so far

Excluding promotional sets, an average of 6.5 LEGO Animal Crossing sets have been released per year since the theme's launch in 2024. Although the pace seems to be slowing, it is possible that more than two sets will be launched in 2026. One could be the rumored Smart Play set, which would likely be priced higher than the 77059 set at $59.99 – which perhaps explains why lego_minecraft_goat believes the two are not the same product. If the 77059 set is indeed scheduled for a March release, its official announcement should come soon, perhaps around mid-February 2026.
