Ball x Pit is a roguelike brick-breaker where evolving your balls is the most important part of the gameplay. There are dozens of different combinations, which you can also fuse together to create very powerful combinations. There are lots of hidden synergies and potential builds with all the different evolutions, but there’s no actual list of them in-game.

(Virus)

Disease lasts for 6 seconds
Each stack of disease deals 3–5 damage per second.
15% chance to pass a stack when killed
Bleed + Brood Mother
(Leech)
Attaches on enemy it hits, deals damage per second.
Bleed + Charm
(Berserk)
Each hit has a chance of causing enemies to go berserk.
Berserk enemies deal damage to nearby enemies.
Bleed + Dark
(Sacrifice)
Inflicts 4 stacks of bleed up to 15 stacks.
Applies a curse which deals a massive bit of damage after they are hit 5 times.
Bleed + Iron
(Hemorrhage)
Inficts 3 stacks of bleed.
When hitting an enemy with 12 stacks of bleed or more, consumes all stacks to deal 20% of their current health as damage.
Bleed + Vampire
(Vampire Lord)
Each hit inflicts 3 stacks of bleed. Heals 1 health and consumes all stacks when hitting an enemy with at least 10 stacks of bleed.

Stone + Egg Sac (Catapult)
Launches 3-5 stone baby balls every 1.5 seconds, they are destroyed when they hit an enemy.

Adds a stack of dark flame on hit for 2 seconds (max six stacks).
Deals 2-60 damage per stack, per second.
When the flame is extinguished, it deals 1-100 damage to the enemy.

Cell (Blood or Ghost) + Poison (Virus)
Applies a stack of disease to the units it hits. Disease lasts for a short period of time. Disease stacks deal damage over time.

Charm + Light (or Lightning) (Lovestruck)
Inflicts Lovestruck on enemies, they have a 50% chance to heal you when they hit you rather than damage you.
Charm + Vampire (Succubus)
Each hit has a chance of charming the enemy. You heal one life when hitting an enemy.

Dark (or Poison) + Wind (Nixious)
This passes through enemies and applies stacks of poison to nearby enemies. Poison deals damage over time.
Dark + Ghost (Phantom)
Curse enemies on hit. Cursed enemies are dealt significant damage after you hit them 5 times.
Dark + Light (Flicker)
Deals damage to every enemy on screen every few seconds.
Dark + Charm (Incubus)
Each hit has a chance of charming the enemy. Charmed enemies will curse nearby enemies. After you hit those cursed enemies multiple times, deal damage to them.

Earthquake + Wind (Sandstorm)
Passes through enemies while dealing lots of damage per second. Also blinds enemies.
Earthquake + Cell (Overgrowth)
Applies a stack of Overgrowth. On three stacks of Overgrowth, you consume the stacks to deal AoE damage.
Earthquake + Stone (Landslide)
Creates a landslide which destroys itself when it hits an enemy.
The landslide lasts for 5 seconds and deals 148-223 damage per second in a 2 tile radius.
Egg Sac

Egg Sac + Brood Mother (Spider Queen)
Has a chance of creating an Egg Sac each time it hits an enemy.

Shoots baby balls after it hits a wall. These balls move fast, but are instantly destroyed when they hit something.
Egg Sac + Vampire (Mosquito Swarm)
Explodes into multiple mosquitoes.
Attacks random enemies.
If they kill an enemy, they steal 1 health for your character.
Egg Sac + Cell (Voluptuous Egg Sac)
Explodes into 2–3 egg sacs when it hits an enemy. Has a short cooldown.

Vampire Lord + Spider Queen + Mosquito King (Nosferatu)
Spawns a vampire bat each bounce. Bats fly towards random enemies, hit for damage, and turn into a Vampire Lord.
