The Raiders have a lot to deal with ARC Raiders. Not only is the ARC itself ready to kill any human that rises above ground, but they have to deal with other enemy raiders, internal politics, disease, and everything else. There are a lot of issues that aren't talked about as often either.

Many Raiders have been dealing with hearing problems and loss due to all the shell blasts and terrifying pressure that the largest ARC machines can deliver. Lance tries to help them, but he'll need some help digging into old research and prototypes at Stella Montis to do so.
Where to find guest logs
For this quest from Lance you will heading to Stella Montisand there are several places you'll need to get information for it.
Yours first stop is the lobbyso get out there and search green tables on the north side of the premisesaround the safety bridge. Go behind the desk and interact with him a computer next to a desk lamp to complete the first objective.
Be watch out for Shredders as two spawn near the lobby and tend to patrol the two main areas of the area and can walk past the tables where the guest records are..
Where to find researcher notes
The next computer you need to find is located in the Auditoriumwhich is not too far from the lobby. Stay on upper floors of the lobbyexit through the door in the lower right corner of the area (if you are looking at the map) and go down the corridor to the mall.
This area is quite open, but door to the south lead into the auditorium. Go behind table at the bottom of the roomand communicate with the computer send another bundle of data to Lance and complete the second objective.
Where to find information about the prototype
The third place you must visit them Medical Research Wingwhich is all the way on west side of the mapand one of more dangerous areas between the Shredders lurking in the halls and is one of the more frequent PVP spots.
The the easiest way to get to it is to go back to the lobby from the auditorium, if you're already there, that is take the central corridor to the west so you can bypass the Bastion and other enemies in the Cargo Docks.
Head to the south at the end of the Central Corridorhead to second room on the upper floor area and search a computer at the end of four tables pressed together near the door heading to the center of the area. Interact with him to complete the third objective.
Where to find shipping logs
The fourth place you have to go to is Assembly workshopso you will find shipping logs. Almost every location in Stella Montis has at least one way to gather wing of the area, so it's not too hard to find, especially if you're already in the medical research wing.
Once there, head towards the Assembly workshop sectionn at the same time northern end of the mapand the head up the stairs next to the Raider Hatch to the rooms above. Inside it the first roomyou will see a a box with some folders above that in the corner by the windowand you can search them to complete the fourth objective.
At the time of this article, there have been several reports of people having problems retrieving papers from the last step of the search. It may take several quests or visits to Stella Montis to successfully trigger the papers to fall out of the box.
A few people have thought that it can incorrectly issue one paper per raid, so if you run into the bug, your best bet is to rush to the assembly shop room and get there first..
