How to get all endings in Code Vein II

Many games recently, regardless of genre, have started adding multiple endings. Depending on the game and story, the process of getting these endings may vary. Code vein 2 it only has three endings, all of which players can get in one playthrough. However, for the final endings, players must complete additional steps beforehand to obtain them. This means that the endings are impossible to miss, and the guide below explains how to get them all Code vein 2.

All endings in the game have a Trophy/Achievement tied to them, which in most cases are automatically unlocked during the credits.

This is the main ending of the game that you will unlock first. There are no requirements for this ending. All you have to do is follow the main objectives by completing Josee, Lyle and Holly's arc to unlock the fourth region, Insula Carcere. Here you will have to complete the story of the fourth hero and proceed to the last area.

Inside the final area, you have to deal with some Pathos, which means fighting three bosses in different corners of the area. Defeat the final boss, which will cause the credits to roll and unlock the first trophy.

After finishing “A hero's end“at the end you'll be taken back to the main menu where you'll see Zenon pointing at “Continue” option. Press Continue to go back after the events of the first ending and Zenon will inform you to meet him. You will find yourself at the point before the final boss where the protagonist collapses. Once there you must get to Insula Carcere. After the events there you will meet all the other heroes back in MagMell and you must get to Sealing tower.

This is a large dungeon where you have to get to the top of the tower. Once you reach the top, you'll have to fight the final boss of this ending, which will trigger the second ending.

Amazing Bond” or the actual ending of the game is the only one that has requirements that you must fulfill. At the beginning of the game, during Noah's arc, you must go back in time and save Noah. This begins a segment with a challenging boss fight, after which you change the history of the game MagMellcompleting the first step.

You then have to restore the fading bonds for the three heroes who are in the Sunken city, A corroded scarand Undead forest. You need to get two for Holly's weakening bond Camille's remains and fight your way into the past to fight against Holder Idris. Then head to Sanatoriumwhere you and Holly will have to go through several memory sections and at the same time explore the underground of the underground sanatorium.

After going back upstairs to the sanatorium and a few cutscenes later, you'll find yourself in the Memory Realm which you have to pass. There are several levers that form bridges that act as paths that lead forward and shortcuts in case you get knocked out. At the end, you have to fight another boss, after which you can return to the present and change history in the Undead Forest. Now you have to go back to the sanatorium and fight Hero Holly to complete the quest.

Once you change the history of the Undead Forest, you can visit the sanatorium and get Lisa's Hair Ornament to start Josee's waning bond trek. Go back in time by interacting with the bond at Josee's Outpost and survive the ambush. Once you're back in the present, head to Hill overlooking the clock tower and go southeast.

At the tower you will see a girl who will give you the key to Underground shelter behind her. Head inside and after the cutscene return to the present for another cutscene before leaving Bureau Castle. The castle is located southwest of the Undead Forest. This area is inaccessible while present and is only unlocked during this quest. At the castle, you will face a powerful boss, after which you will return to the present, changing the history of Sunken City. You can then fight Hero Josee by unsealing her cocoon and complete this quest.

For Lyle's waning bond quest, you need to fast travel to MagMell and back to 2187: The Era of Free Exploration. Go to Forward Base One: North Mistleand you will find Lyle there. Talk to him and return to the present to find them Lyle's rusted sword at the grave. With the sword in your possession, go back in time and fast travel to Pioneer Castle speak Craig.

After that you will have to explore Sealed Great Minewhere you will face the boss at the end. Once it's over and you're in the present, go back to Pioneer Castle and talk to Craig before fighting the hero Lyle to complete this quest.

Once you have completed all these quests and changed the history in the four regions, you must complete the ending of Luna Fraterna and go to the main menu. Here you will have a new option, “Save Lou“. Choose this option to start the last segment where you have to go through several boss fights.

After going through all the sights, you can head to the Mistle just outside the mist gate and enter to start the final boss. Once the boss is defeated, a final cutscene will play out to complete the true ending of the game.
