Winterspell sees some of your favorite Disney characters enjoying themselves in a winter wonderland. These iconic characters take a flurry of snow and breathe new life into them with a brand new look as they prepare for the cold weather. Of course, Disney Lorcan's artwork isn't the only thing that makes the card popular; there's also the card itself and its abilities.
From both a playability and collector perspective, there are several reasons why these cards are the most valuable of the 11. Seeing Moana discover snow for the first time and Tinker Bell together are situations you could never imagine.
Prices are based on the current market value of the card on TCGPlayer.com
1
Moana, the Curious Explorer – $44.70
It's no surprise that this card is one of the most valuable in this set. The artwork combined with the ability makes Moan, the Curious Explorer a top contender for one of the most interesting cards in the set.
Seeing Moana encounter the snow for the first time is a major artistic novelty for collectors only. Combine that with her Ancestral Legacy ability, which allows her to ink cards from discards, and there's no reason why this card shouldn't be a staple of every Sapphire deck.
Disney Lorcan: The Most Valuable Cards of 2025
These are the most expensive Disney Lorcan cards in 2025.
2
Angel, Experiment 624 – $42.53
Although initially undemanding, Angel, Experiment 624 has a lot of potential in Steel decks, making it one of the more expensive cards in the set. This is a great card to combo with cards that benefit from having no cards in your hand.
Dealing two damage for the cost of hand reduction when you have the option to refill your hand when it's empty can not only help you banish a character, it can also help you draw cards. Resist +2 is also nice when your hand is empty, helping you clean up all characters on the board at the last minute.
3
Tinker Bell the Snowflake Collector – $39.40
Another character who rarely sees snow, Tinkerbell, the Snowflake Collector, allows us to stop imagining how the mischievous fairy would function in cold climates by showing us how she frolics in the snow. Packaged and adorable, part of the charm of this card is the artwork.
Plus, a 3 cost 3/3 Evasive (because in Amethyst you'll almost always have cards in hand for Flurry of Delight to work) that has the potential to quest for four lores is a pretty strong card.
4
Elsa, Ice Artisan – $39.28
Elsa, the Ice Artisan, looks like royalty and has a gorgeous piece of artwork for her that showcases her royalty in Ruby, mixing together beautiful reds and blues in an impressive rendering by artist Nicholas Kole.
It has a lot of potential as a card. A 5/5 that can move on turn 4 and is also inkable, Elsa, Ice Artisan gives players several options that make her more valuable. Her Distant Call ability is tasked with questing a total of four lores, and Endless Winter means you can use a pesky character to stop them from questing or banish them before they can act.
5
Ohana Means Family – $35
This card is sure to be one of the most valuable in Winterspell. Amber has lacked card draw for a while, with Rapunzel, Gifted with Healing a staple of every Amber deck.
Winterspell provides the effect in a slightly different way, but still allows card licks in Amber while retaining its signature healing factor. The popularity of Lilo and Stitch, the iconic line, and other artwork featuring the two experiencing the snow definitely help drive up the price.
6
Scrooge McDuck, Reformed Ebenezer – $34.76
With Winterspell, the Boost mechanic has become more than just stacking cards under another card, with Boost mechanic abilities now able to stack and provide multiple effects depending on how many cards are stacked under one.
Scrooge McDuck, Reformed Ebenezer can move a nice 4/6 stat line on turn 4, and Spreading Joy lets you put a card under every other Boost card. The free Boost without paying the ink cost is great and Scrooge gets Ward on top of that. Overall, this is a great card.
7
Darkwing Duck, Cool Under Pressure – $34.05
Darkwing Duck fans rejoice, there are several cards from the series that made their way into Disney Lorcan with Winterspell. While it costs quite a bit, it's a Floodborn that can at least move sooner.
Being able to deal 2 damage is always neat, and it's even better after item removal. Criminals beware! plus it allows him to challenge villain characters, which can be scary with a 6/8 stat line.
8
Grandmother Willow, Ancient Counselor (Epic) – $19.99
Grandmother Willow, the Ancient Counselor was a big talking point in the meta for Winterspell. Similar to the old Lanterns from Chapter One, it allows you to play as the next character for one less ink.
While the decisions and wording can be a little tricky, Amber allows you to play more expensive cards for less money, and Grandma Willow does this while putting a searching body on the board.
9
Rapunzel, Ethereal Protector – $19.99
3 cost 3/3 which quests for 2 lore, Rapunzel, Ethereal Protector is, has very decent stats for its price. She is able to trade some potential early game problems and finding two lores is a decent start.
It's her Clonk ability! this adds some spice to the card. Preventing your opponent from challenging with the Boost ability can be a huge advantage, keeping your characters from being a deadly threat on the board.
10
Aladdin, Edge of Adventure (Epic) – $19.99
With decent stats and the potential to be Evasive with Quick On His Feet, Aladdin isn't the most amazing card in Winterspell, but it's a decent addition for a quick way to get two lores in a quest.
The Epic version of the card obviously adds a bit more value with how beautiful the card is. A classic scene from the original Aladdin, with a shiny new paint job, it's a great collector's item.
