Rocksteady's co-op superhero shooter has entered a maintenance phase, with servers remaining online but no further content updates planned. Final major Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League patch launched in January 2025 and adds a Libra-themed Infamy Set, several new weapons, and a final Brainiac encounter set in Earth-6, a medieval-themed section of Smallville. In total, post-launch support for the game ran for four seasons. Rocksteady used these periods to add additional playable characters – the Joker from an alternate universe, Mrs. Freeze and Lawless respectively – before closing out Year 1 with Deathstroke arriving as part of Season 4 along with the long-promised offline mode.
