How to get inside a wall in Cyberstan
When you first land, you will note the massive wall and door blocking your path. Ideally, you won't want to go guns blazing if you can help it, as they will easily overrun you. You can instead creep along the wall until you find the drainage tunnel and enter the city this way.

Turn the wheel on the pipe until it reaches the red zone, so it is flooded, no longer in safe range. Do this for each of the pipes to complete this part of the objective.
