The episode is called “Tokyo No. 1 Colony, Part 2.” Just by looking at the title, it's pretty clear that the new episode will focus on Itadori and Megumi's adventures in Tokyo Colony 1. So far, Itadori and Megumi have had completely different experiences inside the barrier. Megumi met a woman who he overcame quite easily and then asked her to lead him to Higuruma.
