Being evil in Baldur's Gate 3 is no fun. While the game gives you plenty of opportunities to become a villain, including taking on Dark Urge, it locks away a lot of content. Companions leave and NPCs avoid you without the game compensating enough. However, one person seems to have found a way to avoid some of the consequences.
One of the biggest decisions in BG3 presents you with either helping Minthara and the Goblins attack the Emerald Grove, or destroying the entire Goblin stronghold. If you choose the former, both Wyll and Karlach will leave your party for good. However, following a specific order of tasks will allow you to beat the grove and keep your companions.
What they don't know won't hurt them
According to UraGotJuice on Reddit, they managed to keep Karlach and Wyll in their party by taking very specific steps. This method does not require any mods, but simply requires you to follow a specific order. The first step is to recruit both and then talk to Kagha. They then told Zevlor to leave and when they resisted, they proceeded to kill him and his companions.
They then picked up the task of stealing the idol from Mola. They stole it under cover of mist, killed the nearby druids, and fled the grove amid the fighting that ensued. Still no negative reaction from Karlach or Wyll. They then went to the goblin camp, released Halsin, and then told Minthara the location of the grove. A long rest followed.
The goblins overran the camp the next day, and after talking to Minthara, celebrations ensued. Wyll and Karlach still didn't show any disapproval, so everything seemed to work out.
