Nintendo Switch online subscribers with the Expansion Pack upgrade will soon get three new games, all of which will be available on Mario Day. From March 10, Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers can play mario vs. Donkey Kong in the Game Boy Advance app next to it Mario's tennis and Mario Clash for the Virtual Boy application.
Nintendo Switch Online subscribers can play a growing catalog of games from Nintendo and third-party developers as part of their recurring subscription. Along with the basic NSO subscription of $20 per year, users can also upgrade to the expansion package level, which is priced at $50 per year. The upgrade comes with exclusive access to other Nintendo Classics apps, including Game Boy Advance, N64 and even Virtual Boy. In February, Nintendo Switch Online subscribers got access to two classic Game Boy, as Yoshi and Balloon baby were added to the Nintendo Classics line for Switch and Switch 2 users.

Weeks after the release of Virtual Boy, Nintendo Switch Online users will have two more titles to play with the classic GBA game. Mario's tennis and Mario Clash for the Virtual Boy will be available on March 10 alongside the GBA title mario vs. Donkey Kong. All three games will require a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription to play. The two Virtual Boy games coming March 10 are the first to be added since the aforementioned app launched in February. Originally released in 1995, Mario's Tenniwith precedes Mario Tennis franchise in five years. Mario's tennis features singles and doubles formats with seven playable characters to choose from. for comparison, Mario Clash is a 2D platformer inspired by the original Mario Bros. arcade game. IN Mario ClashMario has to throw Koopa grenades at various enemies to clear the levels. The foreground and background elements of each level can be used to Mario's advantage, and the pipes on each side can be used to send grenades at enemies. Mario Clash and Mario's tennis will bring the number of Virtual Boy: Nintendo Classics games up to nine, with more titles to follow throughout 2026.
NSO subscribers also receive one of the best handhelds Mario titles, as mario vs. Donkey Kong will join the Game Boy Advance lineup on March 10. Inspired by the original Donkey Kong arcade games, mario vs. Donkey Kong is a puzzle platformer where Mario has to go through different levels by finding keys and avoiding traps while chasing Donkey Kong. Mario vs Donkey Kong it originally launched for the GBA in 2004 and received a Nintendo Switch remake two decades later.

During the Pokemon Day 2026 celebration, The Pokemon Company revealed this Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness will arrive on the Nintendo GameCube app sometime in March. As a sequel Pokemon Colosseum, Storm of Darkness is a turn-based RPG that features gameplay elements from Pokemonthe third generation of the main line. Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness it currently doesn't have an exact release date, so fans have to wait for more information.
