How to make a house in Pokopia
Leaf den kits
Once you reach the second level of the Withered Wasteland environment, you can go to the shop on the Pokémon Center computer and buy a set of three Leaf Den sets for 50 lives. These are the items you will need to start the house building process Popopia.

First, find a good place to put the house – as long as there's room, it doesn't matter where you decide to build it.

Place the kit and then work with it to see the materials you will need to collect.

For this type of home, you only need to collect three Sturdy Sticks and three Leaves. Sticks are found all over the floor and you can get leaves by cutting tall grass.

Next, you will need a Pokémon with the Build specialty. So find Timburr and press the up button on the directional pad to have him follow you home. For my game it also required me to find and bring in a Scyther to help with the build.

Add two Pokémon to the lair interaction list.

Now you will have to wait about 15 minutes in the real world for the process to complete.

When that's done, talk to Timburr – he'll tell you to add three pieces of furniture. You can buy something from the computer or craft things on the workbench.
To create a home, you will need a Pokemon with the Build specialty, such as Timburr. If you haven't found them yet, just grow tall grass near a large boulder to create a “Tall Grass in the Shadow of Boulders” habitat.
How to get a Ditto flag to make your home a fast travel point
Once the house is finished and you've added the furniture, you still won't be able to use the 'Return Home' option in the menu – what's the point? The thing is, you have to place the Ditto flag on top of the leaf lair to officially make it your home.
To get the Ditto Flag from Tangrowth, you will need to progress through the main storyline and talk to Charmander. They want to celebrate the new home, so get them to follow you to Tangrowth. After a short conversation, you get one Ditto flag from Tangrowth.

You can make the Ditto flag on the workbench, but you will need 1 stout stick, one piece of twine and a Leppa Berry.
How to get Pokemon to move in with you in Pokopia
These little leaf dens allow you to bring one Pokemon to move in with you, increasing their comfort level faster. To do this, go to the Pokemon you want as your roommate, have them follow you by pressing the up button on the directional pad, then bring them to the house. at this point talk to the Pokemon and you should see an option to ask them to move in with you.
