Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes is a sequel to the original Boruto manga and takes place about three years after the moment he struck Omnipotence. The world of Boruto has changed dramatically since then, and it goes without saying that the vast majority of powerful characters that exist in Boruto have changed as well. However, like Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha they still remain some of the strongest. Naruto Uzumaki was sealed in the Daikokuten dimension, but that doesn't take away from his strength. Even though he lost Kurama's power shortly before, Naruto still has an incredible jutsu up his sleeve that can strike fear into the hearts of even the strongest enemies.

Naruto Uzumaki has many powerful abilities and some of them can even kill Otsutsuki.
Shadow Clone Jutsu
Shadow Clone Jutsu will always be one of Naruto's strongest abilities. With this ability, Naruto Uzumaki can create multiple clones of himself, with powers large enough to match the likes of a Kage. In fact, in the Fourth Great Ninja War, Naruto's shadow clones were strong enough to defeat humans as a reincarnated Kage, and that just shows the level of power they have.
Of course, even against Otsutsuki they make a huge difference, as Naruto can use them in many ways, whether it's to create a powerful jutsu or to attack from all sides. The Shadow Clone Jutsu is incredibly versatile and will always remain one of his strongest techniques. Naruto can't use as many clones as in the past due to his lack of chakra, but he still has more than enough to create an army.
A large ball of Rasenshuriken
Naruto Uzumaki created the Rasenshuriken power in the middle of the second part Naruto. This jutsu was created by breathing the power of Wind Release into the Rasengan and then evolving it to a whole new level. Naruto's Rasenshuriken is incredibly powerful and can defeat even the strongest S-Rank ninjas with a single hit. In fact, with the Shinju's power shown so far, Naruto can easily decimate them with a single hit from his regular Rasenshurikens, but the fact is that he can make those Rasenshurikens even stronger.
Naruto can use abilities such as A large ball of Rasenzhurikenallowing him to create a majestic version of the same technique that can absolutely decimate the vast majority of his enemies. This ability is incredibly underrated, and while it may not work on the likes of Otsutsuki who can absorb ninjutsu, it is still incredibly overpowering.
Improved Sage mode
Naruto Uzumaki also has access to Sage Mode and it is his greatest source of power after losing Kurama. However, this Sage Mode is not what it used to be in the past, as Naruto himself stated. He's now a much better Sage Mode user than he's ever been, and this is basically an upgraded version of the same feat. Naruto can last longer in Sage Mode while developing a higher level of strength.
Unfortunately in full Naruto's upgraded Sage Mode he was not featured in the series due to how the story progressed. Even though he intended to use it in the battle against Code, he was fully confident that he could control the situation, the plot unfolded in such a way that fans never got to see what he was truly capable of with his newly advanced Sage mode. According to his own words, this power is on a completely different level right now due to the experience he has gathered over the years, meaning it is one of his strongest abilities. When Naruto later returns in the Two Blue Vortex, it stands to reason that he will be involved in some interesting battles in which he will be able to make extensive use of this power.
Sage Art: Ultra Big Ball Rasengan Barrage
When it comes to using Sage Mode, Naruto Uzumaki can use it to improve his overall physical abilities, but also to strengthen his jutsu. The whole point of Sage Mode is to absorb energy from nature, and this basically gives him an almost unlimited supply of chakra while active. In addition, it also boosts his jutsu tremendously.
Naruto Uzumaki's Sage Mode Evolution Explained
Naruto Uzumaki's sage mod has undergone a massive evolution from the Naruto to the Boruto series.
One of the most powerful jutsu that Naruto Uzumaki possesses is Ultra Big Ball Rasengan. This basically takes all of the power of the Rasengan and pushes it to the highest level. By infusing the Sage's energy, Naruto can make it even bigger, and what's more, he can use this power with his shadow clones and make his entire army use this technique.

Naruto Uzumaki can basically destroy and even face a Susanoo army with this jutsu. In fact, against someone like Shinju Mamushi, Naruto could easily take on all of them and destroy them in the blink of an eye. As an adult with an enhanced Sage mode, this jutsu will be on a whole other level, dealing devastating damage to enemies. Hopefully, when Naruto Uzumaki returns, fans will see him use this jutsu with an upgraded Sage Mode and stronger chakra.

Super Ultra Large Ball Rasengan
Naruto Uzumaki didn't get to show off new skills often in the Boruto series, but he definitely showed off how he's improved the art of the Rasengan even further over the years. In the battle against Delta, Naruto Uzumaki used some absolutely majestic jutsu such as Super Ultra Large Ball Rasengan. In this battle, Naruto demonstrated how deep his chakra reserves truly were by creating a Rasengan so massive that it completely destroyed Kara Inner's chakra absorbing abilities. In reality, this jutsu created a huge crater, almost like it was left by a huge meteorite, and that was only a fraction of Naruto's abilities.
While Naruto has lost access to Kurama and with it much of his chakra, he still has huge reserves of chakra due to being an Uzumaki and the reincarnation of Asura Otsutsuki. As such, Naruto should still be able to use an incredible version of this technique that can destroy enemies. When combined with Sage Mode performance, it can actually be enhanced even further and taken to a whole new level. Naruto's jutsu arsenal is still incredibly impressive, and fans will most likely see how deep it truly is once he returns in the Two Blue Vortex.
