If there is one Devil Fruit that fits Zoro perfectly, this is it the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu. This fruit was wielded by none other than Kaido and made him a force to be reckoned with. If Zoro was ever to have a Devil Fruit, it would most certainly be this one, as Oda himself confirmed it One piece SBS. He stated that while Zoro himself would not eat it, he would give it to one of his swords, making it a very deadly weapon.
With the power of the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu, Zoro would gain tremendous toughness, plus the ability to manipulate certain elements, which he could then weave into his swordplay. It would instantly make Zoro a Yonko and give him the power to overcome Dracula Mihawk without too much trouble. Zoro would surely become a phenomenal fighter with this fruit.
Spider devil fruit
There are quite a few unique abilities that can play to Zoro's strength, and one of them is Onigumo is a spider-like fruit. With him, Onigumo uses the Eight Swords style. As is quite obvious, Zoro likes to use multiple blades in battle. With this Devil Fruit, Zoro would be able to wield multiple high quality swords at the same time.
What's more, if he combined it with Asura's power, it would give Zoro even more swords and essentially make him a living, breathing human weapon. His abilities may seem a bit over the top, but if used properly, they would definitely elevate Zoro among the swordsmen of the One Piece world and make him one of the strongest to ever live. When you combine all these swords with the power of high-level armor and the Conqueror Zaki, Zoro will be a living scourge that surpasses all Yonko.

The connection between Zoro and dragons runs deep, and that's exactly why Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhogg would be absolutely perfect for him. This devil fruit is legendary in nature and would allow him to transform into a giant dragon. In his hybrid form, Zoro would gain tremendous toughness as well as the ability to overpower just about anyone. What's more, Zoro could then control lightning and imbue his swords with this power, making him a lightning swordsman.
This ability is so powerful that it can destroy the world and would easily make Zoro not only the strongest swordsman, but potentially even the strongest man in the entire world. Loki currently wields this ability, but if Zoro wielded it, it sure would be fun too.

It's no secret that Zoro relies heavily on physical strength. Any devil fruit that comes into play would be perfect for him and Riki Riki no Mi fits perfectly into this category. This Devil Fruit is wielded by Jesus Burgess and allows him to channel vast amounts of power. Riki Riki no Mi gives Burgess enough strength to lift entire mountains. Zoro has previously performed such feats as lifting a building, and with this devil fruit he could produce much greater feats of strength. Zoro could potentially lift mountains just like Burgess, or even bigger things.
The best thing about controlling this Devil Fruit is that it would allow Zoro to channel a tremendous amount of power through its slashes. Since he's a power-type swordsman who puts everything into his swings, abilities like the 1080 Pound Cannon would probably multiply 100 times and release an incredible amount of energy that would crush almost anyone with a single strike. Then when this ability was combined with the power of Armament and Conqueror's Haki, it's easy to see that Zoro would even be able to one-shot the likes of a Yonko with the level of power he could put out.
Urouge's Devil Fruit

A powerful Paramecia-type devil spawn, Urouge's Fruit would be perfect for Zoro who has high durability. Urouge's fruit basically allows him to take a lot of damage in battle, and that damage is then used to massively buff him so he can deal even more damage to the enemy. The essence of this devil fruit is karma, which is also deeply connected to Zoro's character.
Fans know that Zoro grows stronger through pain, and as such, this devil fruit would be perfect for him. Zoro would have to take a lot of damage in battle while using this power, but then he would be able to use his best techniques which would be boosted to a very high level. Once again, doing things like taking down a Yonko with powerful attacks would become a possibility for him, especially when combined with powers like Armament and Conqueror's Haki. It would be a deadly combination for a Straw Hat swordsman.

To truly become a Yonko-level individual, Zoro would have to focus not only on his offensive performance, but also on his defense. That's the place Kira Kira no Mi is coming This fruit would allow Zoro to turn his body into a diamond and thus have an impenetrable defense. Combined with the power of the armor and Conqueror's Haki, Zoro would be basically impossible to scratch in battle, even for someone like Mihawk.
It would also drastically improve the overall weight behind Zoro's attacks and make him an absolute nuisance to face in battle. He would be basically unbeatable for any swordsman. In fact, even a non-swordsman would find it very difficult to penetrate his diamond defenses, and this would truly be the ability that pushes him beyond the level of a Yonka.
