As seen in the artist renderings, the fan-made map had a stunning level of detail. According to ddsmithstudio, the map was created using traditional Indian ink and watercolor, which gives the parchment an aged look. Along with the inclusion of all important place names in Skyrimthe artist included rivers, mountains, and trees to help illustrate the topography of the game world. They even included a picture of a dragon, potentially Alduin, in the lower left corner next to the map name.
