Either way, the ice powers were extremely interesting to see One piece and many of its users will play a major role in the final saga, giving it even more attention.

Lindbergh was first properly introduced during the Reverie Arc of One piece and he definitely showed his strength and proved why he has such a high position in the organization.
Lindbergh is a mink cat, and while he doesn't have devil fruit, he uses unique technology instead. Some fans might forget that he also has ice powers. He has a weapon known as Cool Shooterallowing him to shoot beams that freeze his enemies. It's not the strongest ice ability, but it's still versatile.

This devil fruit is a Mythical Zoan type that allows the user to transform into the wolf deity Wano. This wolf deity has some of the most powerful ice-related abilities in the entire One Piece series.
Fans have seen Yamato use these powers against Kaido. Yamato's Ice Breath was even able to cancel Kaido's Boro Breath. Yamato still plays a major role in the Final Saga and they will be even stronger whenever they return. If they awaken their devil fruit, their ice powers will only improve.

Kuzanformerly known as Admiral Aokiis definitely the most iconic ice user of the One Piece series. That's because his Devil Fruit is type Logia Hie Hie no Miwhich literally means Chill Chill Fruit. With him, Kuzan has the most specialized ice powers of the entire series.
He can not only control and create ice, but also transform into it. Kuzan has shown some impressive ice powers before, such as the Ice Age, which froze the entire ocean for a week. His fight against Garp showed how powerful he is. Additionally, his potential awakening could have been shown to Punk Hazard, half of whom has been frozen forever and is in a state of blizzards.

The god of war was said to be an ancient giant and is still worshiped in Elbaf today. While the God of War himself appears to have no ice-related abilities, his sidekick, Ratatoskrdoes
Ratatoskr is said to have fought him long ago in a battle against Niko. After the death of the god of war, Ratatoskr's soul resided in Ragnir, making him a weapon that wields ice. Fans don't know much about God of War, but it's clear that he was a character in the same league as Nika.

cursed prince Loki is one of the most powerful characters in One Piece with ice-related powers. He is quite strong, he has abilities mythical Zoan Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhoggr.
Like God of War, Loki has access to ice powers through himself Ratatoskr. In Loki's case, it comes from the hammer, Ragnir. Loki has earned Ragnir's respect and trust, and now the two have formed one of the strongest pairings in One Piece. Loki and Ragnir haven't had a chance to go all out yet, but with the ongoing battle with Imu, their full power could be revealed at any moment. Loki could combine his ice, lightning and probably fire power to do some heavy damage.
